Small luxury villa with sea view and 1 minute from the beach, comfortably equipped, will allow you to spend an unforgettable vacation in the paradise islands of Saintes.

Les Saintes constantly enjoys a serene, calm and warm atmosphere.

We invite you to come a few days to this extraordinary place by making this pretty little villa called Ker Iguane available, which can accommodate 4 people (+ 1 extra bed + baby bed).
It is composed of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a deck with 4 deckchairs, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, flat screen TV, home cinema, internet ...
Sheets and towels are provided as well as the basic groceries.
Possibilities of transfer airport then boat to cross towards Saintes.
The current rates:
Basic rate 150 € per night.
Weekend (2 nights): 280 €.
Week (7 nights): 1000 €
Tourist tax 0.76 € per person per day (except children under 12).
