Brand new to Luxury Beach Rentals, this beautiful penthouse on the 18th floor has panoramic ocean views and floor to ceiling glass windows. Features 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8. This condo offers a master bedroom with king bed and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has one queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin size beds and living room has a queen size pullout sleeper sofa. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, hot tub all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center, private walkway to the beach, outdoor showers, lobby, luggage carts, free wifi, onsite parking. The resort also features a an onsite restaurant with bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Beachfront Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The oceanfront condo located on the 18 floor was extremely clean, well furnished and afforded an unbelievable view of the ocean. Staff within the building were extremely friendly and helpful. The condo came with indoor parking spots. I would highly recommend this unit!!

Nice quiet place

Nice place

Beautiful views and the cleanest rental we’ve ever had. Very nice overall but living room furniture is a bit broken down. Also we were looking forward to the bar and restaurant on property but it didn’t open until the day before we left.
