Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 12th floor is an oceanfront corner unit with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

- 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

Beautiful view

Had a wonderful time. The set up of the condo, was perfect for our family. There were a couple of beach chairs, which came in handy. Even saw dolphins swim pass one day.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and property. The only downside was the pool and slide were both closed with filtration issues. But overall a good stay.

TRULY on point

I was kind of leary not knowing what to expect. When we arrived at the resort it was VERY overwhelming. It was as if everyone synchronized there watches arrived at the same time. They should consider staggering the check-in time. I took my daughter upstairs first. She has special need and we needed to get her inside. Ease of having my own code and not having to go to the front desk sped things up for us. When we got to the unit it was EVERYTHING and then some. The resort was nice, every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Oh, did I mention the room was AWESOME!!!! Thank you for having great standards, and yes we are already planningto stay next Thanksgiving.
