Since the house is located at the crossroads of two streets, the entrance is enabled on two sides: from the parking lot to the pool and on the terrace of the house or through the front door. By entering the house on the right, there are two bedrooms, and on the left side of the door are the living room and the dining room. These two rooms are open-type, looking at each other and leaving the kitchen on a small summer terrace - a winter garden from which we enter the sauna. From the sauna, we come to the third room which also leads to the pool. The fourth room with en-suite bathroom is situated in the attic of the house, with included airconditioning. These two entrances are a very interesting concept of this house and ruin the invisible border of exterior and interior.

Holiday Home Floreat is completely air-conditioned. It is equipped with satellite LDC TV, DVD, internet access, professional and fully equipped kitchen with; stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor sitting garnitures, deck chairs, outdoor grill. Baby cots and feeders available upon request, as well as iron and ironing board. Villa also has a private parking place for guests.
