The view of Tampa Bay is gorgeous!

The view was gorgeous! I found that the price was much higher for this condo than other condos at Waterside south. Everything was furnished. I didn’t need to bring anything except my clothes. The living room furniture does not have enough support and is uncomfortable.

On Tampa Bay

The major selling point for the condo was a deck overlooking Tampa Bay. We were there for 1 month. Unfortunately we were not notified until 3-4 days before check in that the deck would not be available some of the time. Turned out we could not use the deck for 2 weeks/ half of our stay. We asked for a discount but owner was not willing to do that. We picked this condo primarily due to the deck over Tampa Bay. There were 4 days we had to leave due to the noise. We were notified before check in but too late to change location due to availability

Spectacular View

In my opinion, it’s the best view at Waterside South - views of the bay and Bird Island, a protected nesting site for pelicans, herons, cormorants and Anhingas. The complex is gorgeous and well maintained. Residents are very friendly. The only downside was that there’s no WiFi in this unit. No smart TV, just cable.
