Apartment on the ground floor in sunny house.
Beautiful wooden terrace and garden to enjoy outdoor meals in a quiet area and very close to the beaches.
Secure parking of the vehicle in the house and possibility to reach the beaches, shops on foot.
A completely renovated seaside where are located restaurants, walkers, sinners ...
Cagnes sur mer is located close to all the major cities of the Alpes Maritimes.
You can enjoy cities, seaside but also the mountains.


The strengths of our region:

East side of the department.

Menton is known for its lemon party in February. Adjacent city to Italy 10 minutes by car to enjoy good Italian pasta.

Monaco, you can discover its princely palace, its oceanographic museum, its palaces, its architecture at the foot of the rocks and its botanical garden.

Returning from Monaco, you will discover the beautiful seafront through Eze, Beaulieu sea, Villefranche sur mer and its harbor and St Jean Cap Ferrat and villas millardaires.

Arrived on Nice, you will find all the provencal products on the famous market of Old Nice on Cours Saleya. You can enjoy a drink on the beautiful sunny terraces and why not climb the hill of the castle of Nice to overlook the port of Nice or the Bay of Angels and its walk of the English.

West side of the department.

Cannes is 20 minutes by car and from there you can go to the Var very easily with its mythical cities, St Raphael, Frejus, Theoule sur mer and why St Tropez 1h15 drive.

On Cannes, you can pretend to climb the steps on the Croisette, and see all luxury hotels overlooking the islands of Lérins.

Returning to Cagnes sur mer, you will pass through Antibes and its ramparts and especially Juan les Pins for its shopping or Jazz festival (July).

And all ready of Cagnes on sea, you will be able to furrow the alleys in the ramparts of St Paul de Vence, emblematic city of the artists.

Further afield, inland Nicois, everything is possible, ski in season, hiking as the department is equipped with the Mercantour Park and the Valley of Wonders.
In the Nicoise valleys, it is possible to do beautiful canonying, summer toboggan for lovers of sensations.

Finally, on the seaside, you will swim on a public or private beach just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Review

Nice Apartment in a calm Environment. Nearly everything was reachable within walking distance. The landlord was really nice and always courteous. The Garden is really big and there is enough parking space for motorcycles and a car. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Wonderful small apartment and very friendly Host

First of all - We would come again every time. The apartment is clean, has enough room for 4 persons and is very quiet. It is in a dead end street, so no traffic. You have your own part of garden (ideal for kids to play). You have short ways to the supermarket (15 min by car, the andy beach15 min, all big cities like Cannes or Monaco in around 1 hour). The interieur s good. Many plates, glasses, etc. you don't need to bring anything for living. The Host is very nice, good conversation and also very helpful after the Sahara Sand makes all dirty. Short Response time on any kind of message and question. I can only prefer and recommend this host with this lovely apartment.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann von dort aus viele Städte anschauen (z.B. Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, Monaco). Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung.

Eine sehr schöne Woche

Wir wurden außerordentlich freundlich und prompt empfangen. Das Vermieterehepaar stand uns jederzeit und für alle Fragen offen zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt während des Aufenthaltes war immer da und alles wurde sofort beantwortet. Die Einliegerwohnung war die sauberste, die wir je hatten und es fehlte an nichts. Wir konnten gemütlich draußen sitzen und essen. Überall roch es herrlich nach Jasmin. Zum nächsten Bäcker waren es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und bis zum Meer mit der Promenade und den vielen Restaurants ist man in 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage ist mithin perfekt.. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus gesichert durch ein elektr. Tor. Die Zuwegung ist zwar eng, aber auch mit einem SUV (wir hatten einen Toyota Hybrid SUV gemietet) ohne Weiteres und ohne Kratzer machbar. Fédéric und Julie sind äußert sympathisch. Was sollen wir sagen: Die Wohnung ist perfekt!!! Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter!!

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft!!!

Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Man kann in diesem kleinen Paradies richtig auftanken. Es war einfach alles nur schön. Frédéric ist ein zuvorkommender und fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Hervorragende Kommunikation. Wir haben diese schöne Unterkunft sehr genossen. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terasse und Garten

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Perfekt für uns war der kleine Garten bzw die Terasse, die zum Draußenessen einladen ! Auch ein großer Vorteil ist die Lage. Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Wohngebiet und dennoch ist man schnell am Strand ( 10 min) oder beim Bäcker! Auch ist man gut angebunden, nach Nizza oder Antibes zu gelangen (gute Busverbindung oder auch mit Fahrrad wunderbar auf Radweg an der Strandpromenade ca 20 min jeweils). Vielen Dank an Frédéric für seine sehr sympatische und freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung ! Er war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man Infos oder Hilfe benötigt! Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen !

Schöne Wohnung

Bereits vor dem Urlaub hat Frederic unsere Fragen schnell und umfassend beantwortet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist gut möbliert und wir haben draußen frühstücken können. Die Küchenausstattung war für uns mehr als ausreichend, wobei wir abends meist in Restaurants gegessen haben. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, wurde von uns im Mai aber noch nicht benötigt. Unser Auto und die Fahrräder haben wir sicher im Hof abgestellt. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. Vielen Dank Frederic und Julie

Appartement impeccable dans un joli cadre arboré.

Propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. L'appartement très propre , est situé dans une impasse au calme,dispose d'une jolie terrasse et d'un parking privé, le tout entièrement sécurisé .A dix minutes à pied des plages et proche de toutes les commodités .Un emplacement idéal. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Schöne kleine Wohnung

10 Minuten bis zum Strand zu Fuß. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Lebensmittelladen. Die Wohnung hat alles Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Uns hat es gefallen.

Excellent séjour !

Parfait du début à la fin de notre séjour. La location est très bien située, assez proche des plages pour y aller à pied et en même temps, dans un environnement calme. L'appartement est top, très confortable et la climatisation est un atout plus qu'appréciable. Enfin, point essentiel, Frédéric et Julie sont des propriétaires très accueillants, aimables et facilitants. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

In sejour tranquil

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. The location was perfect for our stay. We walked to Cap 3000, Villenueve Marina, Haut Cagnes and the local markets. It was an easy walk to the beach each day as well as the boulangerie near Place St Pierre. Frederic communicated easily with us and was friendly and available if needed. It was convenient to have off street parking and a large outdoor area for meals etc.

Séjour 2 semaines avec jeunes enfants

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette maison confortable et fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié le jardin et la climatisation. Malheureusement la maison d'en face étant en construction, nous avons eu quelques nuisances sonores en semaine. Les propriétaires sont discrets, disponibles et sympathiques. Bonne expérience.
