1906 Craftsman, fully remodeled, furnished, decorated, outdoor living room & dining area with bbq, outdoor covered living room with sectional couches, two sitting areas with firepit, huge front porch, stainless gourmet kitchen stocked for entertainment use, formal dining & living rooms, Jacuzzi bathtub, attic loft with four skylights and two private desks, 1.5 bathrooms, original woodwork and built-ins, basement theater with very large sectional couches, two fiber Wifi networks, three televisions (operated by Chromecast only), laundry washer and dryer provided, street parking……. A very well-equipped, mature, professional four story home that is simple to utilize and provides numerous comfort areas for your stay!

The Piedmont neighborhood:
Is in a central location to inner North East Portland. Minutes to downtown and the airport along with a vast array of close-by neighborhood dining, entertainment and retail areas. The Piedmont neighborhood is an historic area boasting easy access to other popular Portland neighborhoods and runs alongside the Max light rail train allowing for convenient commuting to the entire metropolitan Portland community. City train, bike share and public transport are all within walking distance from the home.

A Grand Stay

David and this property are incredible. The house is well appointed with amenities and is very welcoming. There are many areas within the house to get some work done, have a great meal, and even enjoy a fire outside on the awesome patio. The house was clean, had plenty of comforts such as shampoo, conditioner, etc, and David's instruction manual was VERY helpful to get the basement theater up and running. I look forward to staying here again, and with more guests to fill up the extra attic bedroom next time!

Wonderful Home

David was very knowledgeable of the area and extremely responsive to our questions. Home was clean, comfortable and charming. Location is perfect- wonderful neighborhood close to many attractions and just blocks from local stores. Plenty of outside space to relax on the porch and enjoy dinner in the backyard. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional!!

Exceeded ALL expectations!! This house was built for entertainment, comfort, personal space, remote workstations and relaxing in the outdoor living areas. Four floors of style, comfort and family fun. Certainly worth every penny. Thanks again David for going above and beyond what we expected and needed. We’ll be back! Great stay!

It was a home away from home, with a great outdoor space and all the amenities and then some. The basement movie theater was a hit. David is a great host, he gave us a quick rundown of the house and was available for questions when we had them throughout our stay. The home is welcoming, located in a great centrally located neighborhood and was more than we expected!
