Great place to stay, only thing was we didn't realize the steps up to the main level as we had our elderly parents along, otherwise the place was very roomy and a great location!! We definitely book again!

We had 19 in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. There were alot of supplies in the kitchen which was very handy. The location was right between the family beach and Arnold's Park. We had a wonderful time!

Great place!

Our family comes to Okoboji every 4th and we have stayed at this property several times! Great place, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! Host is awesome to work with! I highly recommend for a great time at the lake area!

It worked pretty well for us, but a few things we didn’t like was the WiFi didn’t work real well and had trouble with TV. Killed a few spiders, and the last person to use grill didn’t clean out the grease holder and when my son moved the grill grease spllled all over we cleaned up best we could. Some wished you had ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. But location was excellent close to all things we did. Loved the fire pit area spent a lot of time out there visiting. Thanks
