The apartment has a good natural light and since it was refurbished in October 2018, everything is fresh. This modern compact apartment provides you with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The Space:
This apartment was refurbished in October 2018. It is a modern and bright apartment (size 30 m2) which provides you with everything you would need in your holiday home.

There is a small living area with flat screen TV with international channels, free WIFI, a bedroom with a double bed, a new compact kitchenette with pots and pans, hob and microwave and a new bathroom with a rain shower.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor and it has a small balcony with partial sea view where you can also enjoy your meals and/or drinks.

The whole apartment is for guest use
Check-in time is from 3pm to 11pm.
After 11pm a transportation will be arranged to collect the guests from the airport and the driver will do the check-in. This service has an additional late check-in fee of 30 euros.
An extra late check-in fee will apply in any check-ins taking place after 11pm.

Free parking at the condominium, subject to availability. Paid parking places located within a couple of minutes of walk.

Why they chose this property

This is a calm area with an excellent climate next to the sea. There is a promenade for walks or for jogging in front of the building and also an access to the sea from the two municipal Lidos.
A large shopping mall with a supermarket and a selection of shops is close by.
The bus stop is up the road where you can catch the city bus (it takes about 10 to the centre minutes by bus) and also the airport bus.
The apartment is modern and equipped for 2 persons holiday purposes.
