Beachfront Penthouse The Entrance
4 Bedroom , luxury new and modern. large and spacious penthouse with garden area. air conditioning. can sleep up to 20 .
There are 12 mattresses in total (this can be increased if required). Please note 4th bedroom is open room but separate to living/dining.
Located directly opposite rock pools at the entrance , has awesome beach views and virtually direct beach access.
Large groups welcome, small social gatherings allowed. no loud music or drunken out of control parties allowed. We do allow controlled get together's including bucks, hens, schoolies - bonds applicable and rates vary.
LINEN is not included we can hire it for you for a nominated fee from a professional Linen Company or you can byo.
Any questions feel free to ask. I do discount from time to time so don't be afraid to ask depends on time of year, availability and time of stay just shoot me an email with your dates and guests and ill do my best. Please note no discounts given on single nights or during peak periods unless its last minute.
Some Pets allowed but require pre approval , a separate bond and need to remain outdoors .

This property is located directly in front of ocean baths at the entrance, and what you're hiring is the entire TOP FLOOR which is ONE APARTMENT. There is a large balcony which is only accessible from the apartment and is completely private
There are 3 bedrooms; each have a queen bed and a floor single mattress.
The fourth room has a double bunk bottom and single top as well as floor single mattress.
There is also a double sofa in the living room. And 2 other floor mattress which you can put were you see fit.
All House rules to be adhered to at all times.

1. STRICTLY NO SMOKING PERMITTED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY INCLUDING OUTSIDE UNDER THE VERANDAS. THE ONLY SMOKING ZONES ARE THE FAKE GRASS AREA AND OUTSIDE DOWNSTAIRS Your BOND will not be returned if not complied with
2. STRICTLY NO PARTIES AND NO EXCESSIVE NOISE – NO NOISE AFTER 11pm. SOCIAL GATHERINGS ARE ACCEPTED BUT AT ALL TIMES MUST RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS IN TERMS OF NOISE GENERATION. NO LOUD SHOUTING,SCREAMING OR DRUNKEN BEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED. JUST BE CIVIL,ENJOY THE PROPERTY USE THE PROPERTY ENTERTAIN IN THE PROPERTY BUT RESPECT THE PROPERTY AND THE NEIGHBORS . Your BOND WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF NOT complied with.
3. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS STATED IN THE BOOKING IS NOT TO BE EXCEEDED.IF YOU REQUIRE EXTRA GUESTS IT MUST BE CONFIRMED AND ACCEPTED BY THE OWNER
4. ALL RUBBISH TO BE TAKEN OUT AND PLACED IN THE BINS. IF THE BINS ARE FULL THEY NEED TO BE PLACED NEXT TO THE BINS
5. ALL DISHES THAT ARE USED ARE TO BE WASHED ,DRIED AND PLACED BACK INTO THE CUPBOARDS OF ORIGIN
6. ALL AIR CONDITIONERS AND TVS AND LIGHTS TO BE TURNED OFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE UPON CHECK OUT
7. FOLLOW ALL CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
8. ALL BEDS MUST BE COVERED WITH LINEN, NO BEDS OR PILLOWS OR BLANKETS ARE TO BE SLEPT IN OR USED IF THEY ARE NOT COVERED
9. ALL SAND TO BE RINSED OFF AT THE OUTDOOR SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE UNIT
10. AT NO POINT ARE YOU TO PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY. ALL CARS ARE TO BE PLACED EITHER ON THE STREET OR INSIDE THE GARAGE. THE FRONT GATE IS TO REMAIN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES
11. NO WET FEET OR BODIES ON TO THE CARPET AREAS.
12. PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY DAMAGES ASAP
13. All Bookings subject to a minimum cash bond of $1000 per booking or $100/head whichever the greater. This will be returned as soon as the cleaner has been through to confirm no damage. Also if any of the house rules are broken the bond will be be kept in full and not returned for house rules 1 and 2, for house rule 3 the bond will be reduced according to number of extra guests, and for house rules 4-12 the bond may be reduced according to severity of the damage or impact in result of breaking that particular house rule.
