Its a very quiet development.Palmas del Mar is a complete develoment.There a more than 3000 acres.We have schools , bank,restaurants,beach,yacht club,golf courses,hotels,tennis complex,walking trail,forest,bycicle trails,fishing,lakes,etc.When you stay here,its more than just a room,its a house with outside space for activities.

The property was supposed to include a double futon which was listed but guess what no double futon. The double sofa might fit 2 littĺe kids but only one teen. So to make a long story short the host reached out to me after I got in touch with VRBO and told me he never had a double futon. So there was 6 of us but one was my Mother in law and she was forced to stay with family

A Lovely Stay

The property was perfect for our trip! It had all the amenities we needed and was easy to locate. Communication with the host was wonderful and they made sure we had all the information we needed prior to arrival. Parking was easy and we felt very safe the entire stay. Sorry for the things you didn’t like that I can’t resolve.The parking is very near, about 3 min walk.I don’t have nothing to do with the beach.Inbthe description it tells there’s no cable .You have a chrome system that you can watch anything you have in your phone.The pool key was inside the apartment if you asked for it I’ll tell you whew it was.Sorry for what you tell it wasn’t good but is not in my hands.

The unit was good. Clean, pest-free, AC worked great, kitchen well-equipped. Host responded to our inquiries. Getting in was easy, albeit with a little bit of confusion on the GPS directions. We never got to explore the actual resort itself. Never visited the pool, or the gym, so we cannot comment on these things. Because of the nature of our trip, we weren't actually in the unit all that much aside from a bit of work and sleep.Palmas del Mar itself is pretty but - frankly - a little boring and sterile. The restaurants are OK and very expensive. You're better off venturing into Humacao or the surrounding towns. The one "store" is off-the-charts expensive so get your stuff in town, not in Palmas del Mar.Our main complaint about the unit would be the master bathroom shower, which was missing a door and had a shower curtain that attacked you while trying to shower. Seriously - just fix the door and lose the shower curtain. We did all our showers in the 2nd bath because the master bath shower completely sucked. I'd make it 4.5 stars if I could but - in my opinion - to get 5 stars everything should be perfect, and this part wasn't.It was good value for the money. The parking situation was easy and the area very nice. Our communications with the host were fine.

Very clean, well equipped beautiful property. The only issues I found was how much I had to walk from the parking lot to get to it, you need a key to enter a pool and that there is no cable tv. Also the beach is this area of the island is dangerous. Thanks for everything.

Stop searching, this is the one!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property has several little details that make you feel welcome and comfortable; Good beds, just what we need after a long day at beach, A lot of accessories (like beach chairs, game boards, shampoo, washer - dryer and detergent... just to name a few) The neighborhood is upscale and gated with plenty of security. The only small problem we had, was controlling the hot-cold water mix in the shower of the secondary bathroom, nothing too complicated or bad. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Overall a great experience. If we come back to the island, we will rent this property again.

Cristian, thanks for the good review of my property. To repair the problem with the water we brought a plumber.The problem is fixed now, is was a damage cartridge that control the hot and cold water.
