The perfect spot to relax or use as a base to explore the best of the Gold Coast. Your private suite overlooks the sparkling swimming pool where you can relax under the umbrella. Ideally located on the northern Gold Coast. Walking distance to Paradise Point waterfront village where there are numerous restaurants, cafes, beach, parkland with playgrounds. Short drive to theme parks, walking distance to public transport.
Your suite is located in the front of our beautiful waterfront home with private access to a large living area with two fold down lounges, large flat screen TV, dining table, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. A complimentary cold drinks will be waiting for you on your arrival.
We provide the supplies for a continental style breakfast for your first morning. The separate bedroom includes a super comfy king size bed, a lounge and closet space. Your private bathroom has plenty of room, including full size shower, equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
We want you to feel at home so we have included little extras like beach towels and much more.
No Smoking. You are welcome to smoke out the front of the property.
No Parties or events.
No Pets.
Access via key lock box at entry to property.

We are a relaxed fun loving mature aged couple with an even more mature aged dog, who sleeps for most of the day. I am originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for over 30 years. My husband is an Aussie who loves boating and fishing. We are both happy to answer any questions you may have and direct you to some great spots to visit. We come and go throughout the day. For your privacy we mainly use the side entrance, but on occasion we may cross paths.
