Min of 30 days between Nov. 15 - Jan 15, 2023. One level with private laundry, lawn & gardens. Dog w/pre-approval. Clarification/Questions:: Contact owner. ------ Max of 4 guests to enjoy two suites w/private baths.

Enjoy the new, private screened/furnished lanai fronting both (lake) water and golf course. Or explore the surrounding areas which includes but not limited to: UNLIMITED GOLF COURSES, exclusive Jupiter Island, Hutchinson Island, 8+ min to beaches, Olde Town Stuart (by water), Jupiter, Palm Beach, Johnathan Logan State Park, waterfront parks, shopping, both casual and fine dining, galleries, museums, boat rentals, hiking, night life, and so much more..... This is a beautiful area.

Much prettier than photos, our private villa is furnished with every detail carefully planned. Master bedroom has queen bed with private bath/walk in shower. The guest suite has twin beds together as king (or separate if you prefer) and a bath w/tub/shower. Two sofa/sitting areas, TVs in both bedrooms and family room. After years of renting - this is our beautifully attended home and we are willing to share w/you while we return to family during holidays. Note: Must be approved by HOA. Perfect comfortable villa!

Golf community was safe, pretty & perfect location for us. Owner was lovely and so easy to work with. Suited our needs perfectly. Loved our stay.

Mature couple familiar with hospitality. Guest comfort is foremost along with respect of fellow neighbors. Property is only rented when owner is at one of other properties.

Note: We will leave information on activities including golfing, shopping, dining and more..... Boat rental is available in the area along with other water sport rentals.

Why they chose this property

Having rented for years prior to purchasing this property - we are familiar with FL rentals. This property spares no detail. It will be rented just as owner lives in it (with exception of personal items put to back of closets). Our personal guests who travel the globe - return each year saying "this is the most comfortable and relaxing property." The community is gated, quiet, private. (Neighbors are mostly retired professionals.) The main entrance is on the garden side with water views from the main living area, master bedroom and relaxing patio. Golf is right in front of you if you so desire. Swim pools are in two directions. A truly luxurious and relaxing vacation away from the cold - is what most of us enjoy at this property. And if wanted; there is plenty of activity.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION! Gated ~ Quiet ~ Private. Fronting a respected golf course, close to ocean and beaches. Water directly in front of villa hosts assorted water birds and an occasional family of otters or gator. Walk or drive to heated pools (have never seen crowded). You could do a different activity everyday and never see all there is enjoy.
