- The cleaning fee is only for SOME laundry/ bedding, mopping and sanitizing. House must be left in the same neat and clean way it was upon arrival.
- Please have all sheets and bedding washed and drying with a 2nd load of laundry started. Please accommodate for more if you have dirtied all bedding.
- Anything damaged will need to be replaced. Cleaning fee only covers 1.5 hours. Laundry and cleaning other then sanitizing will be charged.
