While there are many scenic hikes and paths, there's also the Moab Golf Course for you to unwind.
In the home, you'll have a private patio to share a grilled dinner while the dog rolls around in the grass. Inside is an open floorplan with a living room couch to kick back on and watch the game on the flatscreen TV. On a cool desert night, flick on the gas fireplace and tell stories while you stream music on your phone thanks to the WiFi. The well-stocked kitchen will make breakfast, lunch, and dinner a breeze.
When it's time for bed, chose among the three bedrooms. Two have spacious, recently updated queen-size beds, while the third has two twins. A loft has a twin trundle bed. In total, there are accommodations convenient for eight.
If you bring your dog, then please note that there is a pet fee. Additionally, a two-car garage and private washer/dryer will make you feel right at home.
The area beckons with some of the most well-known national parks in the country. Find Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Raft on the world-famous Colorado River. Let the kids play at the Moab Aquatic Center or drive south to Spanish Valley's Ken's Lake for kayaking, swimming, and fishing.

COYOTE RUN HOUSE RULES 2021 Welcome to Coyote Run. We hope your visit is enjoyable and peaceful. Please be mindful Coyote Run homes are occupied by both full time home owners and residents, so please be respectful during your stay. Below are the house rules for our community. 1) NO PARKING is allowed on the community road of Coyote Run due to safety and emergency needs. All vehicles must be parked in driveway. Excess vehicles can be parked in the limited pull off areas on East Bench Road or off-site at storage lots. Campers, tents and trailers are not allowed in resident driveways or garages. 2) ATV’s/UTV’s, TRAILERS are not allowed in the Coyote Run community which includes residential street, driveways and garages in order to abide by community policies and noise pollution ordinances. There are a variety of off-site storage establishments to park your recreation vehicles during your stay. 3) NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Recreational engines, outdoor music and socializing must be kept at low noise levels. Extended idling periods, engine revving is not allowed. 4) EARLY/LATE DEPARTURES: In case of early/ departures, please be mindful of residents within the community and be quiet while loading vehicles or talking outside. 5) PETS: We welcome pets, however, please keep pets within your property boundary and clean up after your pet. Grand County leash law is in effect in the area. 6) NIGHT SKY: We value the night sky for incredible star gazing year-round. Please turn off all exterior lights before 10:00 PM. 7) GARBAGE BINS: Garbage collection is on Thursdays. All garbage bins must be returned to garage area after collection due to wildlife and litter concerns. 8) VIOLATIONS will result in towing and/or fine of $500 to your residence and will be collected by the rental company or home owner. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Clean property and had everything we needed. Did all our meals at the place and kitchen fully stocked and grill worked. Would like to see the vrob and cleaning fee a bit lower. Also door screens could use some maintenance.
Property was as-advertised, clean and located on the edge of a small development. Fairly private (no neighbors to the back a d one side). Abuts a gold course. Convenient to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. We had a great stay.

The home was a nice retreat after a few days of hard work in Moab. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the golf course made for good coffee mornings while watching turkeys strut by. Recommend it.

Awesome place to stay!
Very close to town but just far enough away from Main Street you don’t feel like you’re a tourist. Very homey and rustic. Plenty of room for a large family.
This home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for us to spread out and relax after traveling together each day. We enjoyed the proximity of the national parks and the shopping in Moab! We will return in the future for another stay.
We enjoyed the location for our stay in Moab. Property is dog friendly with a good floor plan. Furnishings, carpet, front door, little garage door are worn and old. It worked for us, but we won't be going back. Many other properties are better.
Enjoyed our time and unit had everything we expected or needed. Great location, quiet and next to the golf course.

This rental worked very well for our group. The layout, the setting, the quiet neighborhood, patio, and proximity to golf course were all great. Some details in the house need attention but did not lessen our enjoyment.

What a nice place to stay at. We had 5 people and 3 dogs and had plenty of room. Had turkeys right outside our back door every morning. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day hiking.

We love this house

Quite location, great rooms
We loved the great kitchen and bathrooms for each bedroom. Beds were comfortable, linens were ample, and the soap/shampoo was a nice touch. Will consider this location again. For the couple of questions we had, the local Vacasa person was responsive and helpful!
