This property is in a central location, very close to Buffalo’s ever growing Canalside, 20 miles from Niagara Falls both American & Canadian sides.
The property is 1 mile from the medical corridor. Which consists of Kaleida health Roswell Park cancer institute Jacobs school of medicine .
