The condo features a newly remodeled kitchen with an open-concept floor plan, creating a bright and inviting space that’s perfect for cooking, dining, and spending time together. Step right out the back door to relax at the secluded pool just moments away. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped, this condo provides everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. The world famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south and there are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family. Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport. For a more fun vacation, gas powered golf carts are permitted on site and there is a direct route to the beach through the neighborhood. Check out King of Carts of Surfside or A-Jax and you can get one delivered to the location! Please no electric golf carts as there are no charging points on site.
Other Things to Note:
By HOA requirement, one dedicated parking space is permitted in either the main front lot or side lots. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional vehicle.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay. There are some beach chairs and an umbrella at the property for use.

Enjoyed our stay. Management responded immediately and were very helpful when GPS took us to the wrong place and a Wi Fi issue! Place was comfortable for my wife and I. Very centrally located for our house hunting adventure in the Myrtle Beach area. Place was very clean, quiet and had all the necessities. Would stay here again if the need arose.
