We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Pono Kai. Thank you for the nice review. In regards to check-in, we informed Pono Kai that you would be arriving late and they assured us that a note was written at the front desk. We do that for all of our guests. In reference to the beach towels, you messaged us before your flight and we let you know that the resort provides them. Sorry if we weren't clear enough.
