Best Location in Paradise Valley 4BR/2BA w Pool / Fireplace - Summer Rates
Great Paradise Valley location. Near to all of the action in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe and Glendale. Recent top to bottom updates. Property is located northeast of Camelback Mountain at the intersection of N Invergordon and McDonald. Only about a mile from N. Scottsdale road and 5 minutes ($8 Uber avg price) to Scottsdale Old Town. Property sleeps up to 8 comfortably (2 per bed) but we recommend 5 people. Modern washer/dryer located in garage to help keep chores separate from vacation. House wonderfully balances outdoors and indoors in style familiar to mid-century homes.

The space
Mid century house. Fully updated November & December 2019 - Five Star Updates. Everything is up to code and fixed. Fresh paint throughout and new floors in bedrooms and living areas plus updated lighting. We bought the property because we liked the views of Camelback (especially the Praying Monk) and Mummy Mountain. The pool is surrounded by lights at night. The pool has water features and a nice fountain in the front of yard.
WiFi throughout the property (inside and outside). Roku with YouTube Premium and YouTubeTV (local/cable stations), Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. All bedrooms have Amazon Echo Dot (Gen 3) and Echo Show in the Kitchen. Ring doorbell. Bedroom #4 is setup for the business traveler with desk with device power cords and power strip. Simplisafe alarm system monitors for your protection plus fire/gas safety.
You will be impressed with the location and amenities. Compare us to other 'similar' rentals on HomeAway...our residence is free standing house, on private one acres location, with lush gardens, fruit trees, unparalleled view and great location. This is a true HomeAway home sharing experience.

Guests have the run of the property. It is an acre in size with fenced pool, cozy patio fireplace (new natural gas insert), grassed / shaded portion of backyard, and lots of parking in the front. The laundry is separate from the house in the garage.

2 night minimum Sunday to Tuesday (3 nights other days) / 45 nights maximum (contact us for special requests), Discounts for 4+ nights, Base price occupancy 2 (max 8 guests), Pool (not heated), Propane Gas Grill, Outdoor tables & sitting area. It includes multiple hiking trails and breathtaking views. You are a 2 mile walk to the Echo Canyon trailhead and a 1 mile walk to the Cholla Trailhead. Breathtaking views of the whole city!
