Nice remodeled home situated on a huge double lot just 1.4 miles east of Old Town Scottsdale. Enjoy the Southwest feel of wide-open spaces inside and out, while being close enough to fully enjoy fine dining, Night life, golf courses and the best Spring Training events.
Entire House with 4 Bedrooms close to Old Town Scottsdale. Amazing Backyard with Heated Pool, BBQ, Fire Pit and Large Pergola with outdoor kitchen. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, 5 SmartTV's, Wifi A/C, Pool Table, Brand New putting green and outdoor games.
Please read*** Regarding Pool Heating*** We do not charge for pool heating***
Pool Heating is very weather dependent. If overnight temps drop below 50 degrees our pool heater will shut off. During the Months of December, January, Feb. We cannot guarantee pool to be warmer than 80 to 83 degrees. Please message me if you want to discuss futher. This winter we will be adding a pool cover please make sure to put the cover back on in the evening so keep the pool as warm as possible.
House Rule: We are trying to provide our guests with a great stay at our house. Please read the following house rules to make sure it's the right fit
1. Absolutely no parties
2. We do not allow any outside vendors like "Cabana Boys", DJ's, Jumpy houses - Yoga is okay
3. We have strict quiet hours 9pm to 8am. Any late night activities need to brought inside.
4. No outside visitors that are not on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors need to be preapproved.
