Perfect summer or winter, this is a comfortable, ground level with a large open plan holiday townhouse. Ideal for 4 adults comprising 2 adult couples or small family. Located within 2-minute walk to local shops and 500 metres to the famous Culburra Beach. Guests can enjoy quality, modern furnishings and amenities when they arrive to make their stay both relaxing and enjoyable.
WiFi and Netflix is freely available for all guests.
Teenagers accompanied by their parents are welcome, but the townhouse is not suitable for children under the age of 7.

Open Plan Space
Spacious quality modern open plan, airy and bright townhouse with timber floors throughout with glass sliding doors opening out to patio area with BBQ. Furniture includes two 3 seater couches plus one 2 seater lounge and two coffee tables. Pioneer TV with free Netflix, Bose Sound system and many CDs comprising various artists. A supply of books and magazines as well as tourism booklets and brochures about the spectacular South Coast NSW.
A remote-controlled Rinnai natural gas fireplace makes it a cosy place to stay in winter. Mitsubishi reverse cycle air conditioning makes for a very pleasant stay during summer months plus stand-alone fans in both bedrooms for added comfort during the warmer nights. The townhouse has excellent ventilation with large glass sliding doors and windows opening up this large open plan space. Guests will find a large quantity of reading matter including wide selection of books, magazines and brochures about the amazing local area and South Coast NSW. A couple of board games and Netflix to keep guests entertained during the evening.

Kitchen
The latest smart SMEG kitchen includes 5 hot plates, oven, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, rice cooker with ample cooking utensils plus a large quantity of quality dinner ware and glassware. The apartment has an abundance of light and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood.

Comprising of master bedroom with queen size mattress and second bedroom with double mattress. Walk in robe in master bedroom and wardrobe in second bedroom.
High quality bedding in both bedrooms make for excellent nights' sleep.
The second bedroom has a storage area of books and board games available for guests' use.

The main bathroom contains dual showers, bath, toilet and hand basin with quality toiletries.

En Suite
Single shower, toilet and hand-basin and quality toiletries.

Laundry
Fully equipped laundry includes quality family size Miele front loader washing machine and family size Electrolux clothes dryer.

Outdoors
Outdoor shower for those who have enjoyed time at the beach. The outside area includes a small back patio area with garden including herb garden and a paved area directly outside the kitchen. The garden is frequented by birds during the day. Guests are invited to make use of the herb garden.

Outdoor furniture comprises table and chairs plus a small bench style seat and table, new 2-burner BBQ.

A cosy private fern garden is located directly outside the master bedroom with two chairs and coffee table. Perfect location for a private retreat.

My favourite stayz/airing
Belmondon on the beach was a well kept, and spacious town house. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the owners even let us utilise their herb garden. Not only was the unit clean and equipped, the home decor was lovely and did feel very homey. A great location in the south cost, woolworths and petrol station nearby and your walking distance from the beach.

Excellent property, great location
We had excellent communication with the host of property from date of booking right through to our arrival. The property is a high quality property, and on arrival were impressed with all the little homely inclusions. The property is located close to the main shops and beach walk/ride is close by. Culburra Beach is a wonderful spot to locate yourself to explore the great Shoalhaven area. This property certainly exceeding our expectations. Thank you for hosting us 😊

I am most particular about detail and am passionate about this holiday rental by ensuring it is spotless and comfortable for all guests.

Why they chose this property

The townhouse is perfectly situated with 2 minute walk to Culburra shopping centre and 500 metres to Culburra Beach. There is only one front step at the entry with timber flooring throughout, large open plan living area with a great SMEG kitchen, separate laundry, two bedrooms with bathroom and en suite. It is great for family and friends who wish to enjoy a leisurely holiday in the beautiful Shoalhaven, South Coast of NSW.
The shopping centre includes a number of quality coffee shops and van, restaurants, bakery, chemist, doctors, physiotherapist, surf shop, surfboard and bike hire shop, motor repairers, vets and veterinary hospital, gift shops, newsagent, service station, laundromat, architects, hairdressers, beauty therapist, real estate agents, Australia Post, fishing tackle shop, two interesting op shops, Woolworths and BWS. Excellent take away coffee and food is available at a large variety of local outlets including -
Food & More, Burra Eats, The Little Snapper, Grumpy Joe's, Benny's, Em's, Culburra Bowling Club. Loco Lane is a recently new addition to Culburra's restaurant scene providing great cocktails and excellent Mexican menu. Guests are advised to book in advance for all of their restaurant meals especially during the holiday seasons.
Our community garden is an ideal location to sit and grab a coffee in the morning from one of the coffee outlets. You will have the opportunity to meet some of the locals and their dogs!

What makes this property unique

Just a 2.5 hour drive from either Sydney or Canberra. Easy level walking access to beach and shops within Culburra. Spectacular scenery located in the Shoalhaven, South Coast NSW with its many experiences. Culburra Beach offers - swimming, fishing, surfing, canoeing, kayaking, amazing and varied walking tracks, cycling, local national forests. Whale watching and dolphin cruises can be booked at Huskisson - just a half hour drive to Jervis Bay. Alternatively catch the Husky ferry from Myola to Huskisson return - just park your car at Myola and enjoy this unique little water trip and enjoy lunch at one of the Huskisson clubs or restaurants. A 15 minute drive to Callala Bay and beautiful Callala Beach with its long white silky sandy beach where you can be lucky and watch the dolphins frolicking near the shore. Great shopping and restaurants at nearby historic towns of Berry and Milton. A short drive to nearby Greenwell Point for fresh oysters direct from the oyster farmers along the Crookhaven River. For wine lovers - don't leave the South Coast without visiting Cupitt's Winery at Ulladulla which is close to Milton, Silos Winery just out of Berry, and Two Figs at Back Forest also near Berry. Other wineries include Coolangatta Winery at Shoalhaven, Cambewarra Winery at Bangalee near Kangaroo Valley..
