Thank you for booking with us, and we're pleased to hear that you found the home in a nice location, as it truly is. We want to assure you that a property manager conducts thorough inspections before each guest's arrival to ensure everything is in working order, including the pool heater and hot tub. We regret any inconvenience you experienced with these amenities during your stay. We could have promptly assisted you with this situation, as we believe it could have been resolved by navigating the control panel. However, we were only advised of this concern on the night before your departure. We hope you will still give us a chance, as we are committed to providing a wonderful experience for our guests.
