Crystal Sands 211A is a light and bright beachfront condo located in one of the most sought-after locations in Destin. Enjoy your home away from home located at Crystal Sands directly on the gulf. Relax in the beach breeze while sitting on your private balcony listening to the sound of the waves. Swim in the large heated swimming pool (seasonal). Enjoy the sand and sun while taking a morning stroll or surfing the waves. Only steps away from the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, your vacation destination awaits.

This lovely unit is a second floor beach front condo featuring gorgeous gulf views and an easily accessible beach access. Use the elevators to reach the ground floor from your unit and it is a simple walk to the beach to put your toes in the sand! The unit features one bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom attached as well as another half bath just off the living room. There is a bunk nook in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo has a full kitchen with bar seating and gulf views.

Whether participating in thrill rides, watching sail boats and dolphins or enjoying a moment of our nation's history, Destin offers something for everyone. Centrally located the condo is a short walk to the restaurants. Beyond Crystal Sands, the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall are within a few miles.

Second Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.

I love the place. The people above me jumped and ran all night long. I woke at 4 am, drove all day and wanted a good nights rest and they decided different. I called 2 times and complained and was told they didnt manage that room that was above me.

Quiet Get Away

The condo was very quiet and clean. There was an issue with the heater (I know it’s Florida and should not be 36 degrees), however maintenance was there within the hour bringing me a space heater and taking care of the issue. Great service. The condo is centrally located which made getting to and from the Bay Bridge very easy.

Perfect location

Great condo right on the beach. We had some cool weather so enjoyed the patio looking at the ocean on those days. Property management was quick to respond to questions. This condo is close to stores & restaurants. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and will be back. My only request is for all VBRO owners to provide better quality pillows. I have stayed at VBRO properties around the world and the pillows are always cheap. Regardless I look forward to returning to this unit in the future!

Great condo

Really a great condo with comfy furniture. Only issue we had was the DVD player in living room didn’t work so we took the one from bedroom and put it in living room. But then could never figure out how to get the tv channels back. However, if we would of had our husbands there, am sure they could have figured it out

The property was very dated and needed to be remodeled in general. There was wallpaper on the walls; the stove burners did not work great; it appeared to have water damage above the shower and plaster was broken; the vents were old and dirty looking; the bathroom ceiling was black; some of the sprinklers were hanging down off the ceiling. The dryer put black marks on multiple clothing. In addition, there was not any hotpads to get pans from the oven so had to buy that. The couch appeared to be broken so we didn’t sit on it. This was our third time staying at crystal sands and have been pleased except for this visit. Location is good.

Great location

Property is very dated and smells moldy/mildewy upon entry. There are broken tiles in the bathroom. The location is great. WiFi worked whenever it wanted. Had to reset it multiple times per day. The unit did have a full working kitchen. Pool is in the shade in the front parking lot of property. Went to use it and it was closed so they could power wash the building.

Wasn't super clean. No restaurants with walking distance. asked for late check out instead of 10 i asked for 12 they wouldn't do it. Our flight didn't leave till 6 had to bring our bags to beach. Spent $300 in ubers since nothing was close and didn't rent a car. Would stay closer to harbor walk if not going to rent a car. It did have great view of beach
