In the most noble area of the city, newly renovated property, first rental after, right on the beach and with parking for more than 10 cars. Large deck in front of the residence to enjoy the movement. another more reserved deck upstairs. Ceiling fans, fitted cupboards, cable TV, barbecue, hammocks, games room, pantry and fitted kitchen, dining area. Thirteen beds with new mattresses and pillows, space for multiple mattresses. Just need to bring your bedding and towels. Safe house, equipped with cameras in common areas. 1000 meters of land. All environments are spacious, you will feel like you are in a country house!
