Pool Hours are 9 am - 7:45 pm- pool area also a gated splash pad.

Master Bedroom (1) - King bed + 60 inch Smart TV+ Desk area (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2- Full bed and twin trundle + Desk area (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3- Queen bed + desk area + TV with ROKU (sleep 2)
Laundry Room - Front Load Washer and Dryer Samsung
Game Room - TV, Playstation 4 and games, Football game, some toys for kids.

Main Level Includes:
Bedroom 4- Queen bed ( Sleep 2) + 60 inch Smart TV + desk area
Bedroom 5- Twin bed (fire step 2 bed) and Crib. (sleeps 2)
Kitchen /Dinning + Large Island
Living Room - 65 inch Smart TV + Fireplace
Dinning Room - Formal sit 6 or more people.
Back Yard - Covered patio furniture sit 8 people or more- 2 propane grill- fire pit natural gas and 6 chairs Adirondack .

THINGS TO NOTE:
-Double garage is no available to guests, but the single garage and 2 car driveway parking and street parking is available.
-NO SMOKING inside the home or interior stricture.
-NO PETS.
-NOT responsible to refill propane must be refilled by guest if empty.
-Upon request and available for a fee of $100. Guest must communicate this prior to reservation, as this is not always available due to previous check our time and cleaning staff availability.
-NOT early luggage drop-off available due the cleaning protocols.
-If the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition requiring any additional cleaning the guest will be charged an additional minimum cleaning fee of $400, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.
