This 2 Story, 2100 sq. ft. North Mission Beach townhouse is no more than 10 steps away from the sands of beautiful Mission Beach. Enjoy the amazing ocean view from the gourmet kitchen, dining room, 2 story living room, and master bedroom. Open floor plan custom kitchen with Thermador appliances and Quartzite counter tops.

This unit does not have A/C.

Ultimate beach home with 45' of private deck and 2 large common-area side decks right next to the sand. Barbecue with friends on the outdoor patio overlooking the boardwalk.

Tandem parking is available for two small/mid-size vehicles in the garage along with a shared washer/dryer. Boogie boards, towels, and lounge chairs are provided for the maximum beach experience.

If you decide to take a break away from the beach, you can indulge yourself in many activities that San Diego has to offer including Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, Seaport Village and more.

Stay in San Diego beachfront

Amazing place with a fantastic ocean beachfront view. Communication was great with the host absolutely recommend for a San Diego trip!

Great location, lots of space

Overall a good property. Can't beat the location for proximity to beach, walkability and people watching. Property manager was very accessible and responsive. Condo itself is a bit 'tired', could use a deep clean and few upgrades inside would go a long way.
