New Private Hot Tub: Downtown, Walk to Town, Pets OK, Luxury Finishes, Near Bus

ONLY RENTABLE UNIT IN TRAILHEAD LODGES WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB!

Enjoy an epic mountain vacation with less hassle. The owners have thought of everything with this new (built in 2016), amenity-rich, ground floor unit in Trailhead Lodges: high-end comforts are provided with a private hot tub, hotel-style linens, quality mattresses, leather furniture, high-def TVs, fully stocked kitchen (including staples!), large size front loading washer/dryer, beach towels, pet supplies and more.

Please note: There is construction going on near this home. Expect some noise during the day. Please contact the owners for details.

The thoughtful sleeping arrangements provided sleep 8 and are perfect for two families: the master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom; the second bedroom offers a king bed that separates to form two XL twins (just let us know which you prefer); and the bunk room features two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Note: the bunk room is a small room and does not have a window or closet, so is best suited for kids.

The free ski shuttle stops nearby. After a day on the slopes, walk to one of the many bars and restaurants located within walking distance of the condo, or cook in the upscale kitchen that features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including gas range), quality pots/pans, lots of cooking utensils, pantry staples like oil, foil and spices, and even kids plates. Then enjoy a nightcap in the PRIVATE hot tub on the patio, or watch a movie on the 55 inch flat screen with a terrific sound system.

This high-tech unit has virtually every technical feature with its two 55 inch HD TVs w/ extended sports package. The bunk room also has a wall-mounted TV that was installed after these photos were taken. Little or big kids can take advantage of a custom game unit built by the owner that has just about every Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega and Atari game made. High speed internet is included w/ additional router for great coverage.

The unit is also close to trails along the Fraser River.

Right across the street is Hideaway Park, which features many concerts and festivals throughout the summer and has a sledding hill in the winter. It also offers covered pavilions, a playground, climbing wall and skate park that can provide hours of fun for the kids!

Let's not forget about your fur babies. Up to two dogs are welcome (extra fees applied). Open up the sliding glass door so the dogs can run and play outside -- just remember to accompany your dogs at all times (or you'll be fined by the HOA), leash them when needed and pick up after your pets, please!

Check in at 4 PM, check out at 10 AM. Please note we are unable to accommodate seasonal rentals.

Note, we have a Ring doorbell that takes video. We also have a camera mounted by the hot tub for safety/liability reasons but its view is obscured when the hot tub cover is open. There are no other cameras in the condo.

Best Winter Park Rental

Loved this unit. Perfect location. Every detail has been thought of, from adequate charging accessories, streaming access, video games, and everything you need in the kitchen. We come up every year to Winter Park and I always bring a host of items because most places do not have them and I don’t want to have to go searching for them in the city. I did not have to pull out anything that I brought up because they had everything. I definitely want to make this a frequent unit for our trips to Winter Park. Much thanks to the owners as they were very responsive in addressing all needs and concerns.

Great unit, complex & location!

This condo is in a newer, upscale complex in downtown Winter Park. It is even nicer inside than the photos depict! It was very well furnished - the owners seemed to think of every convenience you might need or want. We loved being able to walk to the main street for dining & shopping. It was also close to the stream, bike path and hiking trails. It was also nice to be close to the new park where they have concerts and other events in the summer. Owners had good, clear communication and check-in/check-out was easy. One note on the bunk room - as the listing says, it is small & probably best for children only. We had two small adults sleep in there and they felt it was stuffy and closed-in feeling. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would book this unit again! Thank you!

Cozy Home Away from Home

Our family had the best time spending Christmas in Winter Park! The condo is centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby & the grocery store a short drive into Fraser. The house everything you need to feel at home from comfy bedrooms & living room, stocked kitchen & a hot tub to soak in. Our kids loved the bunk room & used blankets to make a fort inside their little private space - they did not want to leave! The patio offers a gate for quick access to walk your dog or go for a walk on the trail. The sledding hill at hideaway park is a short walk & perfect for those who don’t want to drive or spend money at the bigger hills. We had a minor issue with the hot tub but the hosts were quick to communicate with us & get the issue resolved. We can’t wait to go back!

Superb

First off I want to say how amazing the hosts are. I had issues with changing the dates and they worked hard with VRBO to trouble shoot a technical issue. Next the condo was amazing for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, very clean and organized, not to mention having everything you need. My youngest loved the Xbox! It is walking distance to downtown Winterpark and a few miles to skiing. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub, because they had their own private hot tub, which was surprisingly relaxing after a day of skiing.

Great Place

The property is well maintained, clean and fully stocked with everything that you may need. Location is awesome, walking distance to local eateries and Hideaway Park. Just a short drive to the slopes or to the grocery store. Highly recommend this rental for families.

Lovely condo - great location!

The property was very conveniently located - walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The unit was very well appointed with ample supplies and amenities. We arrived late on our check-in day but found the Safeway in Frasier was open until 11 so we were able to get essentials. We had 6 adults in our group and it was plenty big enough for us to relax and hang out after days on the slopes. We loved the decor as well! Only downside (unrelated to the unit) was the lack of Lift shuttle buses operating the days we were there. We ended up having our non-skier friend drop us off at the slopes and pick us up at the end of the day. Overall would definitely recommend renting and staying here.

Great, well-equipped condo

Everything was very comfortable for our holiday ski trip. Unlike many condos, it was cool enough to sleep at night. Enjoyed the private hot tub! We were able to walk to some good restaurants. Getting to/from the slopes was not as easy as anticipated. Free busses were sometimes full and it's a longish walk carrying gear from bus stop to lifts/gondola.

Great Stay!

Rented this property with a group of friends & 2 dogs for a ski weekend. When we first arrived the key code that was given didn't work. However, Kerry was awesome about getting us a new code and making sure we could get in. The prompt response to any questions I had was greatly appreciated. The location of the property is super close to the shuttle pick ups/drop offs, walkable to restaurants in town, and being on the ground floor is great when you're lugging around ski gear! I would recommend this place for a stay in Winter Park.

The property is just as described! Really nice and comfortable. The bunk bed room is super tiny, but it was perfect for kids and teens. Location is amazing, close to restaurants and 7 min from the slopes. Loved it.

Great property!

I stayed here with my service dog and best friend. The place was amazing and even though there was construction next to us you couldn't really hear in inside. It was close to things in town and central to the other mountain towns around. The path around the property was beautiful and looked amazing with the snow fall! I will stay here the next time I come back to the CO mountains.

Winter Park Stay.

The property was great. It was as described and there was always excellent communication. The location was ideal. We could walk to town in a few minutes. It was only 5 minutes (drive) from the ski lifts and there was easy parking there. The unit was very well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable, and it was a great set up! We have no complaints. We would recommend this for anyone, including families. Especially if you have young kids, the nearby park and sledding area at the outdoor amphitheatre would be a blast. You can walk there in a minute or two since it is right next to the complex. The nearby coffee shop/bakeries were great. It was a short walk and a nice way to start the day every morning. Getting to grocery stores took just a couple minutes to drive, and we could have walked to the Fireside Market (which is a really nice store). We drove to Winter Park from Michigan (our first trip to drive instead of flying) and having a great place to stay made it a great trip for me, my wife, and our 22-year old son who joined us the second day. Our pups like it, too. The skiing was also very, very good! Thank you for making this place available.

Well stocked and comfy!

This unit had everything you need and more. It is by far the most well-stocked and organized rental I have ever stayed in. Beds, linens, sofa were all comfy. Unit was super clean, spacious for 4 adults, and it was nice to have our own private hot tub. Would have been nice to have a view but this is no fault of owners as new condos are being built behind this unit. We were out all day playing so it didn’t bother us and we would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Winter Park!

Great condo with all amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. Easy communication with owner. Great location with private hot tub is a win! We could easily walk to the shuttle stop and ride into the resort. The kitchen is well stocked with many extras- spices, basics, dishes, and cookware. All small details were considered that make this condo feel like home.

We have come to love the Winter Park area and the endless activities it offers year-round, as well as its close proximity to Snow Mountain Ranch, Devil's Thumb Ranch, Grand Lake and other areas. Why they chose this property

Over the years we have rented countless places in the mountains through VRBO. We have stayed at some great places but it always seemed like something critical was missing - sometimes it was pantry staples or cooking utensils, while other times we wished we had snowshoes, bikes or high definition TV with sports channels. Now that we have the amazing experience of owning our own condo, we aim to provide all the comforts of home. We have designed our condo with family, friends and guests in mind. Our hope is that our guests become frequent repeat visitors.
