For peak season we prefer 3-month rentals (January - March).

Three-bedroom oceanfront condominium on beautiful white sand beach at the Sandpiper condominium. Located on the southern portion of Marco Island, this condominium has it all. Spacious living room, dining area, large island, and kitchen with all new premium appliances. 2 and 1/2 baths. Fully stocked kitchen. 5 large balconies, all with water views / three with beach views. Master bedroom suite has king bed, walk in closet, and full bath. First guest room has restoration hardware queen lower bed with full size lofted bed. Second guest bedroom has a queen bed. Condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Laundry room has new washer and dryer.

Complex includes large private pool with separate hot tub. Updated exercise room. Three newly surfaced tennis courts. Gated access to incredible white sand beach. Best sunsets on the West Coast! Fantastic location on South Collier. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Reserved parking.

Spectacular Place on Marco Island

Beautiful sunsets from either the balcony of the unit or the beach highlighted our trip. We watched dolphins in the Gulf from 2 great balconies and I enjoyed seeing the sunrises over the Island from a third balcony. The unit is South facing and we loved the warm sun on the Gulf facing balconies. Tons of room for guests here as there are 3 full bedrooms and 2 and half baths. This unit had more than twice the square footage of condos we have rented in the past on Marco. The staff at Sandpiper was extremely accommodating and the facility is impressive. The location is great too as we walked to dinner (more than 5 nice restaurants walking distance), movies, miniature golf and more. The unit owners were great and made everything easy.
