Simply a dog friendly place to lay your head. Functional not beautiful and in need of work.

The property is in a nice location. That said, it is dark and need serious updating. The dining room chairs are falling apart as is the upstairs deck. The entrance deck literally collapsed as we opened the door when we arrived. The door lock is rusted and hard to open. The cable box did not work at all after our first week. The upstairs closet doors are off the rails and the bathroom showers have orange mold in the grout. The smoke alarm (despite a battery change) went off and blared when there was nothing cooking or burning. The screen porch is dirty and the area behind the screen porch needs to be cleaned up and the dead bird feeders tossed. The grill is totally rusted out. As I have family who live and have lived in Sawgrass for a very long time, I had outlets and the unit was simply a place for me to work and sleep. I appreciated the dog friendly space. The opportunity to get a membership for use for a month should be explained to any renter. It’s not cheap, but access to the facilities including the golf club, fitness center and beach club, may be worth it to some renters.
