Sleeping arrangements
This condo accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and three beds. The primary suite includes a queen bed, a custom walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms open into the Florida Room, a bright, enclosed space that feels like an extension of the home.

Living spaces
The main living area is designed for comfort, with tile plank floors, comfortable seating, and an HDTV. Natural light fills the space, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a day at the beach or on the course.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with granite and marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for preparing meals. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, and full cookware set are included. Share meals at the dining table or linger over conversation as the evening light filters through the windows.

Outdoor living
The Florida Room is the heart of the home, enclosed for year-round use but surrounded by views of the golf course. The community pool is open year-round, offering a place to cool off or relax in the sun before returning to your private entrance and two reserved parking spaces.

Comforts & conveniences
High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected. Central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable, while in-unit laundry offers everyday ease. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets.

Safety & access
Smoke alarm and fire extinguisher are provided, and the host has noted that a carbon monoxide alarm is not necessary. Guests can check in on their own.
