The quiet setting inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club creates an easy rhythm for your stay - peaceful mornings, relaxed afternoons, and calm evenings after time spent along Ponte Vedra Beach or exploring nearby greens. Tucked within the Quail Pointe neighborhood, this condo offers a comfortable retreat with access to the community pool and beach access point only - no parking here. Sorry, No pets.

Living Spaces
The open-concept living area brings together comfortable seating, natural light, and an HDTV for unwinding at the end of the day. Just beyond, the enclosed Florida Room extends the living space with wide windows overlooking the golf course. Both bedrooms connect to this light-filled room, offering an inviting spot to read, work, or simply enjoy the view. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a pleasant indoor climate year-round, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is equipped for everyday meals during your stay, with granite and marble countertops and a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. The adjacent dining table offers space to gather for breakfast before heading out or to settle in for a quiet dinner at home.

Sleeping Arrangements
This condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms and three beds. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and convenient access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A bathtub is available within the home, offering flexibility for different guest needs. Bathroom essentials, a hair dryer, and an iron are provided, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Outdoor & Community Access
Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony area, or spend time at the community pool within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Guests have access to the community pool and beach access point only - no parking here. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - is available at the condo. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad allow for flexible arrivals.

Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for added peace of mind. Amenities are private.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

Great getaway

This was our first time staying in Sawgrass visiting family. Our house was perfect for us. Everyone found a quiet space. We loved having a beautiful kitchen to cook in and laundry on site. My family found these accommodations comfortable, clean, and quiet. It is close to St Augustine, so close to the beach, and Publix is across the street from the main gate. We would definitely stay here again.

The location, in Sawgrass CC is relaxing and pretty; this unit great for family as play area nearby, good for biking and walking, and beach a 10 minute walk. Suncastle Properties was nice and accommodating to deal with. We would definitely recommend this stay!

But everything else was superb.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented 348 Quail point for 2 months for the last 2 years. It would be nice if the master bedroom had a king size bed. I think the unit needs a very thorough cleaning. The door to the right of the kitchen sink is very moldy and the baseboards on the glassed in porch need some attention. One burner on the stove has not worked for 2 years. It would also be nice if the unit had a good amount of clothes hangers. A few more bath towels would be a nice addition. The location is great and we very much enjoy staying at Sawgrass.

Listed as sleeping 6 but one sleeping area had a wall unit that blew out bugs and no cool air so no sleeping there. Shower curtain was very moldy.

Wonderful condo for our vacation!

The condo was in an excellent location. It was updated, neat and had all the necessary tools in the kitchen (except a garlic press 😉). Would definitely consider it for future visits. Thank you!
