Beautiful new home with midwestern-style front lawn. Enjoy half an acre with mature trees and a private deck, all while only minutes away from East Atlanta Village, Downtown Decatur, Downtown/Midtown Atlanta, and the airport.

Downtown Decatur is really a wonderful place, and it's just a few minutes' drive down the road. You'll find local coffee shops and restaurants as well as a park.

If going out on the town is for you, you're in the perfect spot! Again, just a few minutes' drive or Uber/Lyft ride away, you'll find East Atlanta Village, The Beltline, Old Fourth Ward, Virginia Highlands, Edgewood, Little Five Points, Midtown, and Downtown. You'll find bars, clubs, restaurants, and more in each of these. I'm happy to give recommendations if you need them!

Getting around
It's Atlanta, so of course be prepared for some traffic! However, everything is really nearby, so it shouldn't take you long to get most places. If it's a particularly busy weekend, you do have the option of MARTA (the local public transit) - it reaches all over the city.
