This was one of the nicest and cleanest VRBOs we have stayed in. It is a beautiful condo and property. The view of the beach is great and we would stay here again 100%. My only tiny complaints are there is zero shade at the pool and no umbrellas which made it very hard with a toddler. Also there weren’t any coffee filters. Every place I’ve stayed has provided coffee filters. Again tiny complaints and doesn’t affect my rating or wanting to stay again. Overall loved it!

We loved how close the condo was to the pool and beach. We also loved that we could walk to dinner each night! The host was also so accommodating with a little bit earlier of a check in. And the condo was beautiful!

Amazing in every way

This condos style, comfort, cleanliness, and location is world class. Steps from the white sand beach and great food food within walking distance, in a town built for walking to-and-from, affords continuous joy for all of your senses, day and night.

We love 30A and love the location of Vilas at Sunset Beach. We’ve stayed in a lot of condos here, but this one was one of our favorites! Beautiful condo with great location to everything.

Beautiful condo with stunning views. The owners have meticulously renovated it with high-end finishes and they’ve provided lots of great touches too like good kitchen pans, utensils, etc., really nice beach chairs, and wonderful seating on the balcony. The bedrooms and baths were great - the water pressure in the showers was amazing! The location can’t be beat either. It’s close to Rosemary and smack in the middle of Seacrest next to Alys Beach. Our only drawback has nothing to do with the condo, and I’m sure it’s a well-argued issue in the area: the designated beach area for the Villas is the same as it is for the very very large development on the other side of 30a. As a result, the beach is VERY crowded at times, and on either side, there was literally a family or two. Overall, it’s a terrific condo - we’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and Peaceful Place

My family and I stayed here for our annual trip to Florida. This was by far our favorite place to stay! The villa was beautiful and just as advertised. The views of the beach were spectacular! We had an easy walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be back and are thankful to have had such a perfect stay here!

Seabiscuit is Wonderful

Beautiful property, easy arrival and check in. Property Mgr very helpful and responsive to a couple of questions we had. The ocean view is the best ever! Easy access to the beach. Hope to stay there again!!!

Excellent condo-beautifully decorated & well appointed with gorgeous sunset views! Super convenient access to the beach and pool via elevator or one flight of stairs. Short walk or bike ride to nearby Rosemary and Alys Beach. The only negative is that the unit is directly next to the walkway and shuttle stop for beach access for the SeaCrest community across 30A. Consequently, the beach is packed from morning to sunset and noisy with people walking

Girls trip

The condo was super close to the beach and pool which made things convenient. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge help for a girls trip. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was nice. Love the area and felt safe in a nice neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back!

We spent Thanksgiving week at Seacrest Beach in the beautiful Seabiscuit condo. The condo is beautifully updated and, yet, is still perfectly comfortable! We, definitely, plan to return!

February Beach Vacation

This was the first time we stayed on the Gulf Coast in February. Normally we vacation in June or July. The weather was perfect, the summer crowds were missing, the restaurants were easy to book, and we had a fabulous stay at Seabiscuit A202. Enjoyed beach walks and coffee/cocktails on the deck.

Lovely beach condo

This was a great place for our family. We brought our family of five and both sets of grandparents. It was a plenty of room for everyone since our baby slept in our room. The kids loved the bunk room...it was like their own little club house. The view and beach access is great! We will book again.
