About this property

Excellent Location! – only 10 minutes from Disney Resort. Our condo locates in Cane Island Resort, a gated luxury resort. It is about 4 miles from the Disney Resort and minutes to Universal, Sea World and other parks. It features impressive amenities including a 3700 sq ft clubhouse with pool, fitness center and much more. Elevator is available for easy access.

Our beautiful well maintained three bedroom condo is on the 4th floor with a lot of natural light. Both stairs and elevator are available for easy access. The balcony is perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks. The condo is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The condo provides free high-speed internet and cable TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped so you have the option of cooking your own meals if you do not want to dine out.

Our condo has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so you can easily wash and dry your clothes without trips to the laundromat.

The resort features impressive amenities including a 3700 sq ft. clubhouse, social room, business center, state of the art fitness center, men and women’s locker room, swimming pool, sauna, game room and more.

Additional Info:
• For your convenience, we will supply you with: bath and hand towels, 1 bar of soap in each bathroom, 1 toilet rolls in each toilet (plus 2 extra), 1 trash bags per trash bin (plus 2 extra), 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry pods and 1 paper towel. Please contact the property management company if they are missing.
• Check-in instructions will be provided to you 2 days before your arrival.
• You can self check-in any time 4pm or after on your day of arrival.
• Guest parking is free. There are guest parking spaces available near the building.
• Our condo includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooking and baking wares, dishes, utensils, iron, ironing board, cable TV, air conditioning, etc.
• The cleaning crew cleans the condo prior to each guest’s arrival with clean linens and towels. It is then the guests’ responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the condo during the stay.
• We do not have the resources to provide our guests package receiving services prior arrival.
• Pets are not allowed in the condo.

Best host, convenient location!

My son and son in law were here for many months awaiting completion of their homes being built. The l location and our host Cindy could not have been better! Awesome communication and understanding of our situation as the builds were delayed. Convenient to Disney and the fun but also practical with an aldis next to cane island resort. Thank you Cindy for your continuous flexibility and kindness!!!
