Blissful at the Beach is a 2BR/2BA oceanfront condo on the 9th floor of Capri by the Sea, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom maximize the scenery. The modern, spacious condo features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile/Pergo-style flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped for dining at home, with stunning ocean views.

Ideal for families or friends, the condo sleeps up to 8 guests:
•Master bedroom: king bed
•Second bedroom: two queen beds
•Living room: queen sleeper sofa

All rooms include flat-screen TVs, digital HD cable, Roku, DVD players, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Coin-operated laundry is conveniently located down the hall.

For extended groups, we have multiple units in this building (1BR and 2BR) that can be booked together on the 9th and 10th floors.
Guests will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom condo. You will also have full access to all community resort-style amenities, including:

• Direct Beach Access: The property is waterfront, putting you just steps from the sand and surf.
• Rooftop Deck: Enjoy 360° views, two gas BBQs, picnic tables, and comfortable lounge seating.
• Pool & Hot Tub: A heated community pool and hot tub are located on the ground floor behind the building (accessible with your key fob).
• Parking: Your stay includes one reserved parking space in the secure community garage. Please note the maximum vehicle height is 6’6”.

Capri Look-Out Terraces:
Standing, sitting, or leaning on railings is not permitted. These safety rules do not affect any ocean views.

• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum. No arrivals on Independence Day (July 4).
Holidays: 5 night minimum. There are no arrivals on Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with electric wall heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located down the hall from the unit for your use.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including 4 adult chairs, 1 child’s chair with an umbrella, a large umbrella, 2 boogie boards, 2 paddleboards, and 4 flotation vests (2 adult, 2 child).
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent for your convenience. Please inquire for details.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.
