Proche du centre ville mais très calme, très belle vue sur la mer, plages à 15 minutes à pied. Jardin sympathique, maison très bien équipée (cuisine et bonne literie). Un bel endroit pour se poser et rayonner notamment sur la magnifique côte de granit rose (magnifique pour courir mais ça se mérite, difficile de trouver du plat...)

Maison bien située avec un Jardin très agréable,une très belle vue depuis les chambres à l'étage. La maison est confortable, la literie est excellente. Toutefois nous avons constaté de gros problèmes d'infiltration dans la maison et une odeur tres forte d'humidité, c'est dommage. Le rideau de douche serait vraiment une option à étudié . Quelques équipements méritent à êtres changé tel que les parasols,chaises langues. La communication avec le gérant à été excellente,il a su répondre à nos attentes au moment venu . Nous avons apprécié la console de jeu et les jeux de sociétés ainsi que la batterie de cuisine au top !

Une semaine vraiment très agréable

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances! La maison est très confortable, il ne manque rien.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse en hauteur avec vue sur mer, le jardin est très bien entretenu.Nous avons pu nous reposer au calme et visiter la region qui est tout simplement magnifique. Beaucoup de choses sont accessibles à pieds: la plage, le centre ville, le port et le marché. Des belles promenades à faire en impruntant les sentiers douaniers.Idéale pour des vacances en famille.

Cette maison est très bien placée, plage et commerce à pied. Le jardin et la terrasse sont vraiment appréciables surtout avec la vue mer. Très bien équipé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Très grande maison, bien situé à 10 min du centre ville et 15 min de la plage de Trestignel. Jardin entièrement clôturé pour les enfants et les chiens avec une magnifique et grande terrasse. Quartier très calme. On recommande fortement cette location!

Ein wunterbarer Ort!

Wir waren mit Freunden hier und haben die zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ideal, um die Gegend um die Rosa Granit Felsen zu erkunden. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Un petit coin de Paradis!!!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique région de la côte de granit rose pendant nos vacances de septembre 2013. Tout a été idéal à tout points de vue. La maison est située à proximité des plus beaux sites de Perros-Guirec et offre un accès rapide à pieds aux commodités du centre ville et aux plus belles randonnées. Tout est réuni pour se sentir bien comme chez soi grâce à l'accueil chaleureux, convivial et discret des propriétaires. Cette jolie maison,équipée de tout le confort moderne, décorée avec goût, va définitivement vous séduire avec son jardin fleuri et reposant plongeant sur une vue magnifique de bord de mer. Petit clin d'oeil à nos amis à quatre pattes qui sont les bienvenus.
