Newly Renovated Home on 5 acres Prairie on the hill with panoramic mountain, water, sunrise/sunset views.

Our home is centrally located on the beautiful Whidbey Island, just minutes from Oak Harbor, but secluded from the noise of the city. Close by are the world famous Gallery Golf Course, Fort Ebey State Park, Deception Pass State Park, and the ferry from Coupeville to Port Townsend on the Olympic Peninsula. Stores, Restaurants, and amenities are within 5 miles.

Spacious open floor plan with 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms. Upstairs fully equipped open kitchen with large island & dinning area leads to the upstairs deck perfect for entertainment, sunrise/sunset views, loft, half bathroom and master suite with king bed. Also two 55" smart tv's.

The Main floor is surrounded by large decks. Front entrance has wide entryway comfortable for organization with coat racks. Mudroom with laundry convenient for cleanup with a separate entrance. Three bedrooms, two queen beds and two double bunk beds. Double sink vanity bathroom w/bathtub. Living room has comfortable seating for 12 people, 55" tv and an electric fire place for those cosy nights.

There are two sleeper ottoman, one in the loft and one in the main floor. Our home can comfortably sleep 12 people. But if needed to sleep more just use the sofa and air beds, located in the closet. Did I forget to mention all new furnishings and all mattress are high quality memory foam for a good nights rest. Total of four electric fireplaces throughout the home.

Planning to relax we have the solution with a 115 hydrotherapy jets spa and a six person Dry or Steam Fayette Barrel Sauna great health benefits that include improved circulation, elevated heart rate, cleansing of the pores, sweating out toxins, improve respiratory function, relief from sore joint and muscles.
Gather around the fire pit and enjoy some S'mores.

The 5 acre prairie has plenty of space for adults and kids to play and run around. Parking up to 10 cars. Bring your toys, Trailers, RV'S, boats, bikes, and kayaks for nearby activities such as Penn Cove boat launch and lakes around the area, famous bike/hike trails.

We had a great time staying at Island County! The house was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi and sauna worked great, and plenty of extra towels and blankets. The house was extremely clean had the owners responded very quickly to all messages.

Wonderful home, location and property! The perfect escape!

My family had the most wonderful weekend escape at this lovely home. While it rained the whole weekend, the kids enjoyed running around the property and we put the hot tub, sauna and fire pit to good use. Would definitely return, thank you!

Beautiful home for weekend getaway

We had a great experience staying at this home. It is a large home that’s very private with beautiful views. We appreciated all of the amenities in the home - we were able to take advantage of the grill, sauna, hot tub, and fire pits. House was well stocked with supplies too, and the large kitchen made it fun and easy to cook for a big group. We would definitely stay here again!

Annual Family Vacation

We loved the house and the views. The Kitchen area was where we hung out the most the large island was wonderful and the Kitchen was well stocked with lots of supplies. the Host was amazing and immediately took care of the few things that we needed help with. Great house with nice views

We have been coming to Whidbey for 25 years since my parents live here and this is the first time we rented a house. The location was great for exploring Deception Pass and Coupeville. House was clean and had everything we needed. The WiFi was not strong enough to watch tv but who needs TV when you can view the cove and mountains.

Wonderful Get Away

As a family we like taking quick trips places. So far, we’ve enjoyed this beautiful home and location the best. You get exactly what is listed. Nothing is a surprise and everything you need is in the home allowing you to enjoy your stay. Plenty of room for the kids to play and explore and allow parents to relax. Great for a family

We enjoyed our stay at this airy, spacious house. There were eleven of us there for a family reunion, and we had plenty of elbow room. The views are spectacular from sunrise to sunset. The hot tub was a hit. We flew kites in the large yard. There are so many things to do and see nearby, we were busy every minute. If you book this place you should know you can’t see the house from the road. You need to keep your eyes peeled for the house number. It’s a fairly long unpaved driveway up a hill.

30th Anniversary Trip

We renewed our 30th anniversary wedding vows and had our 3 grown children and grandchildren with for a wonderful family trip. The house was as described, very beautiful, very clean. We loved the view and watching the sun rise and set. Sitting around the fire pit was nice, plenty of seats. We took our family picture and I brought everyone’s traditional Christmas Eve pajamas to get that picture here in front of one of the beautiful Christmas trees. We loved visiting the cute little town where Practical Magic was filmed, we even crocheted witch hats to wear that day. We hope to stay there again in the future. The owner/property manager was always available and responded quickly.

Wrongfully Accused of Furniture Damage

We were wrongfully accused of damaging patio furniture and our damage deposit was charged. The property itself was as described, but our experience with the property manager is less than desirable. We were not rowdy and fully respected the house. The property manager's cleaners claimed we had damaged the furniture. It feels very suspicious. All of our previous experiences on VRBO have been very favorable. If you do rent this property, take photos of the entire property for your records, so you don't get swindled out of the $500 damage deposit like me.

It’s unfortunate that you feel this way however we reached out to you multiple times to figure out what happened and you didn’t respond. We have been working with our cleaners for a while and there is no motive for them to lie. The upstairs Patio furniture was found damaged on the lawn. Even though we retained $500 deposit we ended up paying $2,500 for a new patio set. We always appreciate every guest that stays at our home and strive to perfect every ones stay.

Such a magical stay

The view was gorgeous (we could see mt. Rainier from about everywhere). We had three families with kids and there was more than enough sleeping areas, bathrooms, etc. The property is very spacious. It has an interesting layout with the kitchen upstairs, but this is really nice as you get great views and it’s a really nice gathering area. The Sauna is amazing (albeit a little tricky to figure out on vs the timer) as is the hot tub. It’s about a 10 minute drive to fort Casey. It’s also about 10 minutes from a Safeway so you can get whatever supplies you need. Deception Pass is very close. The grill was great. My suggestions would be: have more cutlery in the kitchen (seemed to be scrambling for forks), consider putting the grill in the upstairs deck near the kitchen and maybe swap the dining area from the downstairs deck to the upstairs deck and the lounge from the upstairs deck to the downstairs deck. Other than that, it was just awesome. Alina was very communicative. I would definitely go back!

Perfect House!

This home was perfect for our group of 9 women and 1 baby! The upstairs kitchen had everything our group needed and was very well stocked. The house has two fridges so you can keep all your drinks cold. Loved the hot tub. Everything was clean and easy to use and it was set in a beautiful setting. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful property with amazing views which we enjoyed very much in celebrating my 30th birthday. Watching the sunset in the hot tub was great. The host was very communicative and thoughtful. We noticed that a few areas weren’t cleaned thoroughly upon check in but nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home, super clean and easy to get everywhere

We loved this home! We were celebrating a friends wedding and were more than pleased. The sauna and hot tub were clean and worked well, such a relaxing way to end every evening enjoying the sunset. The kitchen was perfect as we did a lot of our own cooking. I would say that the kitchen could have been stocked a bit better with cooking utensils/pots and pans but overall it was wonderful.

This was a lovely home.

The property manager was over the top helpful and was quick with every reply. The home was set with an amazing back drop, lots of room for our family to play. Inside the house was in excellent condition, but the fold out beds were not usable for an adult. Overall, this was a lovely home to visit.

We had 8 people. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and well stocked. The hot tub and spa worked perfectly. It's 15 minutes from the Keystone Ferry terminal and boat launch. Our host, Alina, responded promptly to every question we had. It was a great experience!

Beautiful stay with large family

My family of 10 (mini family reunion) just left a two night/three day stay at Alina’s beautiful home. We enjoyed the amenities and appreciated the kitchen supplies (well stocked) and the fresh clean smell as soon as we entered. We had a small issue with the jacuzzi but Alina responded immediately and worked with us and Joe, the friendly jacuzzi expert, to sort it out. Overall a wonderful stay and we so appreciate the beautiful home and Alina’s hospitality and responsiveness.
