The office bedroom features a queen-size pull-out sofa bed with a high-end mattress. Master bedroom and office feature TVs. The hall bathroom provides a tub and shower combination.

Located to the right of the foyer is a door that leads down to the massive family room, located on the lower level. is perfect for watching your favorite sporting events on a 47-inch flat-screen TV. Games and reading material provided; with a large dining table great for game night. Located in the back of the family room are French doors that lead to a small patio area. Plenty of seating for watching the game or a sofa bed for kids to have a movie night. There is a small alcove area/ bar area that features a small sink and great space to set up snacks and entertain.
