If you are looking for a quiet, secluded cabin to get away from it all – look no further! Heavenly Hideaway is designed for nature lovers truly looking to unplug. Watch the sunrise right from the bubbly hot tub or enjoy the night sounds comfortably inside the screened in back porch. Plenty of private land to hike and roam. Natural Bridge State Park is within a 45-minute drive if you’re looking for an adventure. You’ll find other activities such as hiking, rock climbing, kayaking and more!

- Heavenly Hideaway is pet friendly however pet fee of $100 does not show in total balance. We have a $100 pet fee that covers up to 2 dogs. Please contact directly after booking to add this $100 fee.
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (standard coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, oven), private hot tub, WiFi, flat-screen satellite Smart TVs, fire pit, charcoal grill, screened in patio, covered deck w/ outdoor furniture, central heat and air, washer/ dryer, and more!
- Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Living Room: Sleeper Sofa

- We provide fresh linens and towels. We also include essential starter packs to make your stay easier! (Starter packs include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 shampoos and conditioners, 3 bar soaps, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 sponge.) You will also need to bring your own firewood and charcoal. Please purchase firewood locally.
- Please note that a 4 -wheel drive is recommended. This property has a steep gravel hill - do not slow down! Trailers prohibited.
- There is camera surveillance on this property. One camera is on the front porch, and one camera is on the back porch facing the back door.
- Secluded cabin near Red River Gorge - Close to hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, sight-seeing, restaurants, and much more!

Quiet getaway

Cabin was nice , clean and welcoming. It is about an half hour away from the gorge or natural bridge. But the surrounding area is nice ,beattyville is a nice sweet little town. Cabin sits up on a hill with nice views from the front and back porch. Hot tub is nice on the back porch. Big yard for kids or dogs. One down fall is the posion ivy it's everwhere around the edges of the yard and in the flower bed . And the wifi was spotty ,good most of the time though. We had a great time though and would return again. Probably need awd to get up the small hill in the driveway.

Relaxing Getaway that is Dog Friendly

This cabin had the most spectacular views and plenty of space for my 2 dogs to explore off leash. Loved info provided on "dog friendly" trails and the mowed trails at cabin.

Peaceful, beautiful getaway cabin!

Heavenly Hideaway was absolutely a great place for me and a couple of my girlfriends to spend a weekend near Red River Gorge! The setting was beautiful and quiet with lots of space to explore right at the cabin. The cabin was very clean, and the fully equipped kitchen was wonderful for us in the mornings and evenings. I highly recommend Heavenly Hideaway!

Fun Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised, clean and the outdoor property was very relaxing. The hot tub did start to smell the last day or two of our stay, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Also-the location was very secluded, but know it’s about an hour drive to any of the hiking in RRG, and about 35m to Slade.

Remote Hideaway

We enjoyed our weekend trip to Heavenly Hideaway! It was just as advertised. Very clean and had everything we needed! A word of advice - follow the directions provided by the host. When venturing out on your own- don't rely 100% on google maps! We used Google maps and ended up on what eventually was like a hiking trail on top of a ridge unable to easily turn around as we were headed back from Red River Gorge.

A Little Piece of Heaven

One of the most peaceful and picturesque places we’ve stayed! It was the perfect place to commemorate our anniversary. Our dogs loved it as well! We will definitely be back in the near future! The only thing I’d give fair warning to is the internet is spotty. LTE/Phone service was surprising well. Granted the location, it was the perfect place to unplug from our devices and relax.

Mountain Cabin

We came to explore the Red Rive Gorge area. We chose this property for the seclusion and ability to let our dogs off leash. The house was very well maintained, beds were comfortable, hot tub was relaxing and the property was quiet peaceful. We will return!

Perfect getaway!

We could not have been happier with our stay (except maybe to stay longer!) the cabin is perfect size, clean, comfy and very well appointed with anything you could possibly need and then some! The property is absolutely the most beautiful, scenic and peaceful place ever! We loved the trails, the wildlife and of course the hot tub. The owners truly care about making sure your stay Is perfect and communication was great (thanks, Kassie!) we will be back every chance we get! Thank you!!!!

Very nice property and owner

In hindsight, 7 hr travel time is too much for 4 nights. But the cabin and property were quite nice and mgmt was very responsive too. And we met the owner who showed up to cut the grass. Very nice guy! There isn't a whole lot in the area but it was an R&R getaway so we didn't look. If thats what you want, its a good place.

Definitely Relaxing!

This was our first time staying in the mountains; adventures as we are maybe would be good to say one lane going both ways and don’t arrive after dark lol But we made it and loved it! If I have to find something to suggest seriously my only thought is the couch is super uncomfortable if there is anyway to upgrade it? But we just loved it there and it was the definite break we needed. We would love to come back!

Second time not so charming

We love the property and all the beauty that surrounds it, however this trip was dampened a little by the conditions of the cabin and the grounds. The grass was very tall, the trail paths were un cared for, all the garbage cans were running over and it appear that no cleaning had been done inside including the bed linens. Our vacation was still successful

Lovely retreat from the hubbub of life

Great space to get away from it all, especially if you want to stay at your own little space to relax. It’s about 45 min from the gorge so didn’t venture out, but just what we were looking for. Bright stars, camp fires, clean cabin w all you need to cook and be happy. Clean as can be. So much space that my dog was able to just hang w no worries and even met a dog buddy! We had a great time and just feel so relaxed afterwards. Great communication, easy to get to, no neighbors except the rooster, some little trail-ish areas to meander around and could adventure a bit more in the woods if you wished. Porch swings, hot tub, fire pit (w a bit of wood!) games, fresh air, and just the perfect oasis to retreat from life for a bit. Want to come back in the winter! Thanks for having us!

Awesome Family Weekend!

This property was the best I've ever stayed in, and I've been renting cabins for 20 years! It was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and skillets. The water pressure was wonderful. The beds, sheets, and pillows were soft and comfortable. We met Ranger and the kids pet him, then he headed on his way. It ended up being a very cold and snowy weekend, so we didn't venture out on the trails (two of my kids are toddlers), but we did bundle up and play in the yard, and we took advantage of the hot tub! There were plenty of books, toys, and board games for the family to occupy themselves with. Just know that although the cabin has WIFI, since it's out in the country, it cannot easily handle streaming devices (we took our ROKU), while phones or tablets are also linked in. But that wasn't a huge concern for us. Also, take plenty of food with you if you don't want to have to leave for a grocery store, as the nearest one is 20 minutes away. We were prepared and brought enough for our whole weekend. We will definitely stay at this location again! ☺️

Beautiful getaway

Many amenities at this quiet cabin. The porch swing is nice. A screened in area to eat at. The hot tub is great to use after some local hiking. The large property is quiet and peaceful. You just hear the wildlife. Sitting on the porch to enjoy the rain was so nice. This rental is pet friendly so being able to have my dog was wonderful. He loved the open space.

If you book this place, make sure you read the fine print. It does state in the Key Residence Features that "- Please Note: a car is required, 4WD recommended. This property has a steep gravel hill - do not slow down! Trailers prohibited." This should definitely be something that is front and center and in bold. The hill is definitely no joke, especially if you're in a car. There's also another issue that they don’t mention about the hill. It states, "do not slow down." What they don't tell you is that there are deep crevasses running down the steep part of the hill from rain wash out over time that will cause any small to midsized car to bottom out. So, you can't exactly get a run at it. We stalled in the middle of the hill and had to reverse back down and park at the bottom, which is a decent walking distance from the cabin. Of course, there are no good pictures of this hill on the listing.Ultimately, I would not book this place again or with the company that’s posting it on VRBO.
