We stayed with extended family the weekend after Christmas. The house had what we needed with a range of ages, including toys and books for younger kids. It was nicely decorated plus there was a tree for Christmas. We were never able to get the TV in the loft to work even after messaging the host. Home is in a great location and close to everything you would like to do in Flagstaff. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well.

Beds were comfortable. Property was lacking things i would expect in a home. Kleenex, hair dryer, table salt to name a few. One message i sent was never answered - the trash pickup info was inaccurate. With a house this size there should be 2 trash bins. It was completely full when we got there and not picked up when they said it would be. It was finally picked up the day before we left. The baby gate shown on the website pictures was completely broken when we got there so was useless.

Property was nice. Location was great. A few things in disrepair. Microwave in laundry rm, one in kitchen broken. Door that goes to garage, handle broken ( both those things could be taken care of by one or two screws). Dryer full of laundry ( could’ve been folded and put away). no trash bags other than the one in trash can. When we called to see if there were extras we were told to go to the store and get some. Seriously? We paid probably half the mortgage for the house to stay 3 nights. I will be polite enough to not give you a horrible review which would be well deserved for that attitude.

We will be correcting this issue as soon as possible. - We apologize that the dryer was full of laundry during your stay. We want our guests to utilize every amenity in the home and we are sorry if you could not because of this. We will make sure that this is not a reoccurring issue moving forward. - Additionally, we provide our guests with a basic amount of amenities to start them off, including trash bags and the home should have had these items. In no way did we mean to offend you with our response. We merely suggested that you purchase some as we felt it would be quicker and easier for you rather than to have to wait on our housekeeper. We are sorry things were missing and we will be stocking up on all basic amenities for our future guests. Thank you for your honest feedback, we greatly appreciate you staying with us.

Beautiful house but missing things

The house is beautiful…but we arrived to a broken microwave and I have a baby and a 1 year old. I kind of needed the microwave along with everyone else. The light in the upstairs king bedroom was out. The fire pit was very dirty and it looked like someone put the lid on the fire to put it out, thus making it dirty, and the barbecue grill had no gas for us to use it. I would fix these things, especially having a working microwave bc you don’t realize how much we use a microwave until you don’t have one. Positives are the house is beautiful, neighborhood is nice, there is no air, which was weird for us bc we are from Texas, but the weather is nice and it is bearable. Just opened the windows.

Great house

Amazing house, cozy, had everything we needed, it was decorated nicely for Christmas which we loved. Fire place made it feel very homey. This was one of our favorite vacation! The only issue we had was trying to figure out how to work the Apple TV, it took a day or two but eventually we got the hang of it. Great property!

A great Flagstaff getaway!

This property was amazing! Top to bottom, just a home well done with everything you need to feel right at home once you check in! It’s a BIG HOME, but feels cozy and very inviting. Everything is close and there is so much to do in the area. The hosts have thought of everything and there is nothing bad that I can say about this home. We travel a ton and are always renting homes when we are in the road and this is truly a gem that we will revisit!

Modern, spacious, comfortable retreat!

We traveled up to Flagstaff for a girl's weekend from the greater Phoenix area to spend some time in the Pines and get away from the heat. This house was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the pull out sofa, and the living room and kitchen areas had plenty of seating to fit us all. The neighborhood was quiet and just a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff. The host was very responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had in a timely manner. We had a great time and will definitely be booking again in the future.
