We had a great stay which was convenient to both the beach and Coastal Carolina U, which was the primary reason for being down there. We truly enjoyed our stay here, the place is very clean and comfortable. Its literally about 8 minutes away from Myrtle Beach. The communication between us and the administration was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and Convenient

I was in town for college baseball league play over the summer. This property acted as home camp between games and running to different fields. Comfortable, convenient and would stay there in the future.

This quiet, calm area is just minutes away from the beach and boardwalk, making it perfect for a family or couple's beach getaway. The property offers several convenient amenities for guests, including makeup towels, towel sets, a coffee pot, and kitchenware such as pots and pans. Additionally, the stackable washer and dryer were a great bonus. While you might need to bring a few extra items, the overall experience was pleasant. The netted patios throughout the building were especially useful during the hot July and August months in South Carolina. The apartment/condo was clean, well-maintained, and the owners were responsive to any issues that arose.

Cute place but smells like weed

The condo was decorated cute and was about a 15 minute drive to the airport and beach. There was an overwhelming smell of marijuana when we walked in the door that lasted the entire visit. We contacted the property manager and she said the cleaner had “sprayed” for it. Not sure what they sprayed but it did absolutely no good. Luckily we were only using the place to sleep at night while visiting family. The twin beds were not very comfortable and the sheets and pillow cases felt like plastic. One of the pillow cases was visibly dirty on one side which of course made me wonder if they’d been changed or not from the last guest. For location I’d give it a 4 but they really need to do something about the smell and there needs to be more attention to cleaning.

We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, and our ground services team is meticulous in their cleaning and sterilization. As with any guest concerns, we would have been happy to address them right away had you reached out. As an extra measure, the property manager will do a walk-through of the property before each stay to ensure it is clean and guest-ready -The owner let us know they when at the property, a thorough walk-through throughout the house is done two days prior to the guest's arrival and no smell is detected -While we want guests to enjoy their stay here, we also ask that they respect and follow the house policies and rules. We were disappointed to learn that you violated the maximum occupancy of the home We have had such positive reviews in the past. We work very hard to ensure all guests arrive at a 5-star experience at our vacation home and we're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!

Left Early

Did not receive door code prior to 4pm checkin time. I had to call around 4:30pm to get try get code. It took 3 calls back and forth to obtain the code. Master bed pillow was missing pillowcase and there was hair on bed sheets. Table under tv was full of dust. Spare bath soap dispenser was empty. We could not get master bedroom tv to work. The master bed mattress was Awful. My husband and I woke up with headache and back ache every morning. After 3 nights of not sleeping well from it we checked out 2 days early. The night before we left I also found a roach crawling on the towel hanging from towel rack. I texted when we left as instructed and notify of reason we left early. They asked for pictures which I didnt have and was already on way home, then I didnt get any response back. I also found it concerning they ask you not to strip beds when you leave, especially since we found hair in between sheets.

We are sorry if this was missed but glad we could get it settled. -We have shared your feedback with our cleaning team to make sure nothing will be overlooked in the future. -The new master bed mattress was purchased in January. We know mattress taste is subjective and we wish we could make everyone happy! -We immediately had an exterminator inspect the house and they did not find any pests. We are on a regular rotation with pest control and have not had any concerns."

This condo was everything our family needed. Beautiful scenery, amazing pool/hot tub, so close to everything you could possibly want to do down in MB. Not only will we be returning, but we are going to tell all our friends and family about this beautiful and more than convenient beach condo. The condo was okay. Need more attention to detail!

This property was okay. There are a few things to consider when renting. The property could have been cleaner. All closets had other items in them. Not much room to hang your clothes well. No top sheets on main bedroom. No pillowcases to use. No additional trash bags provided, needed to buy additional ones. The interior doors were dirty. During these times, this should have been taken care of, just for piece of mind. Please thoroughly clean before anyone else rents.

Hi Deidre, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. There is a sign on the fridge that lets all guests know to call the cleaning company if there are any questions or concerns. There is plenty of closet space, as there are closets in each room, one in the bathroom, and one in the hallway. We also have full-sized dressers that are empty for guests to use, as well as two luggage stands for guests to place their luggage on. We have extra sheets, pillow cases, towels, and other linens that take up just a small percentage of the closets, leaving ample room and an entirely empty rack with hangers for guests to use. As far as garbage bags, we always have an extra box of bags under the sink as well as sponges and other cleaning supplies. We wish you had contacted us, as we would have been happy to walk you through these things and take care of anything you needed to make sure you were comfortable!

We were very pleased!

Clean, comfortable place that accommodated 5 adults easily. The kitchen was fully equipped with state of the art appliances and everything necessary for meal prepping and cooking. What you see on the pictures is exactly what it is, no scam no sham! lol If you’re ok with stairs and the 3rd floor then there is no reason not to consider this lil beauty.

Nice stay.

The unit was nice, clean, and fit the listing description. We didn’t receive our door code for check in, but the property management company responded within 5 minutes to provide the code. Short 10 minute drive to many attractions and the beach. Only thing I was disappointed in was the size of the pool. Also, the unit is on 3rd floor, so keep that in mind for those who may have difficulty with stairs.

June 2019 3 night stay

The rental is in a great location and very close to the beach. My husband played golf and enjoyed the course. Loved being able to bring our dog. Very quiet area. I will say that the master bedroom bed was very hard and our backs and hips did hurt. One couple shared the pull out sleeper and it has a very thin mattress and it too caused back pain. Maybe just personal preferences. They did end up only staying 2 of the 3 nights. Overall, very affordable, pet friendly and great location.

Very comfortable with everything that we needed

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, lots of very nice new towels, it was great having two single beds in the one room for our kids, we really enjoyed bringing our dog. The flooring was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also nice to have a small washer and dryer. The keyless entry made it very easy. The only drawback is there is no elevator and it’s on the third floor. It makes a little bit difficult when unloading and reloading. Thank you for a great stay!
