Beautiful Boston Brownstone!

Welcome to South End Vista LLC! Stunning top to bottom renovation of this beautiful brownstone located in the heart of Boston on the Back Bay South End line. We currently have over 250 5 star reviews between our properties on the various platforms.

This unit offers wide open living, dining and kitchen space with gorgeous refinished original pine floors, dramatic ceilings with refinished original moldings, exposed brick throughout, brand new top of the line stainless refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, built in microwave and white custom kitchen cabinets with white quartz countertop and backsplash. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed and gorgeous marble bathroom is stocked with hotel quality bath towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms - one master with king size bed and one smaller bedroom with exposed brick and high quality daybed that pulls out to a king. Both have gorgeous new bedding.

We have installed high definition flat screens in each bedroom including a 60" smart TV in the living area and each room has high efficiency remote controlled mini splits for heat and air conditioning. There is also a new high end full size washer dryer in the unit and plenty of closet space in each bedroom.

A great week spent touring Boston! The location of this property was great for exploring several parts of the city. This is high on our list of favorite properties we've stayed. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive while still giving us complete privacy. The home itself was spotless, beautifully stocked, and had everything we needed. This property is in a wonderful location with fantastic hosts. The property has everything you would need. We stayed a week so it was helpful to have been provided laundry pods, food storage bags, shower products, plenty of towels, water, ice, butter, coffee, milk, tourism pamphlets, iron and ironing board, spices and so much more. The house was well stocked! The building is old so the foyer and stairs match that vibe but once you are inside the unit it is fully remodeled and modern. Note that there are two sets of stairs to get to unit. One outside and one inside. The unit is on the second floor. There are 3 units total. You can hear the upstairs tenants if there is anyone staying there. At times it was quite distracting. Kind of sounded like a bowling ball being passed between two people. But I can imagine the bottom tenants could hear us so that’s what you get in a turn of the century brownstone. We would stay here again! The walkability, access to transit, and close to Berklee was perfect for us! Thanks for a great stay Susan!

We've stayed in several rental homes for vacation and this was probably the best experience I've had. The brownstone had literally everything you could possibly need and the location is perfect for going anywhere in Boston. Even though it's in the middle of everything, we found it to be quiet and relaxing. Sue went above and beyond with accommodating us. We had a last minute change to our schedule and wanted to add an extra night to our stay and she quickly and easily made it happen since their schedule allowed. We had one very rainy day there and Sue made sure to let me know where to find the umbrella (so thoughtful!). While there, we also had some very hot days but the home stayed very cool and comfortable with the mini splits. We found both beds to be incredibly comfortable and the couch was very nap-worthy and perfect for relaxing in the evening after being out all day. Literally can't recommend this place enough!

This property was lovely and the perfect place to stay while visiting Boston. The location is within walking distance to so many great places. The communication with the owners was excellent and they were always available to answer any questions. We would stay here again!

Just sit down a minute, y'all....let me tell you about Sue and David and their incredible property. First of all....greeted by the charismatic David who gave us a tour of the apartment. It's amazing. Great location. Beautifully appointed and extremely well stocked. We wanted for nothing. Soooooo comfortable. Clean, airy, bright. "Spoke" with Sue several times via texts and she was a delight. No problems/issues at all. This property is a gem.

We were only there two nights but had a lovely stay. The owners are amazing and a wealth of information. It is the city so it can be a little noisy at times but none of that affected us too much. Officially our new home away from home

Property was exactly as described, and communication with the hosts was excellent. Property is spotless and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a week long stay. We try to visit Boston every year, and we are adopting it as our home away from home.
