Daniela's house,
Located in a green setting, this pleasant country house in a green setting, is located in the town of Carsac-Aillac (just a few kms from the city center of Sarlat) will contribute to the success of your stay in Black Périgord.

A beautiful covered terrace overlooking a large garden will allow you to enjoy the softness of the setting and the environment.

Nice house close to Sarlat

We have spent a very pleasant week at Daniela’s house. It is actually her home (she moves out to stay with friends when it is let) and it has been tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you could possibly think of in terms of cookware etc., and everything was spotlessly clean. The house is about 3km outside Sarlat, in a quiet location quite close to a small industrial area but you wouldn’t know it. Surrounded by trees, it is very peaceful. There is an excellent farm shop about 500 metres away selling excellent quality local produce and then there is a huge Leclerc supermarket about 2.5km away. Sadly for us the weather was a little disappointing so we were not able to get full use of the pool. It is not heated but the sun did get it up to 22 degrees one afternoon which was ok for a quick dip, but still felt cold. Our only negative comments relate to VRBO who gave us completely the wrong address for this house - twice. It was only by contacting Daniela directly that we got the correct address to put into our SatNav.

Location très bien située, lieu calme, Maison très propre et fonctionnnelle, Daniella très acceuillante. Le seul bémol la piscine n'est pas chauffée, surtout cette année vu le temps, mais cela nous à pas empêché de se baigner. Merci à Daniella

Nous avons été très bien accueilli chez Daniela. La maison, avec sa terrasse ombragée, la piscine nous ont permis de passer d’excellentes vacances. Très bien située, nous avons pu rayonner en moins d’une heure vers tous les sites à découvrir de cette très belle région.

Herrliche Auszeit

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dem hervorragend und geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Es liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem stadtnah. Der große Pool bot eine willkommene Abkühlung nach den Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Daniela war eine freundliche und stets aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die sofort auf alle Fragen reagiert hat. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Maison bien équipée et tout près de Sarlat et des commerces

Maison parfaite pour une famille avec 2 enfants et bien équipée, piscine agréable, au calme (dans une impasse) même si zone d'activité à côté. Grand jardin, donc loin des voisins. Proche de beaucoup de lieux de visite. Parking couvert (a l'ombre), pratique en cas de canicule. Propriétaire très réactif.

Merveilleux séjour , et acceuil !

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cette location à notre grande satisfaction....Après une trés sympathique réception de Danielle la propriétaire ,nous avons pu apprécier la situation , la commodité de la maison ,son emplacement pour rayonner dans la magnifique région et surtout la piscine .Sans oblier le calme .
