Large House With Pool And Tennis Court

Large 2 bedroom house, airy, with great leisure space, tennis court, pool, fully furnished, sleeps 1 2 people well. It has two environments with TVs and satellite dish. Freshly changed kitchenware and bedding. 1
 There is also a kennel with two dogs (shepherds), which are trapped, just for the security of the house and the caretakers. Available for visitation year round.
Next to markets, trade. Differentiated property with pool and court. 700 meters from the beach, safe and familiar place.
Not available for parties and events.
Suitable for family groups.
Several improvements recently made painting, furniture and installations.

. Fui muito bem atendida, limpeza da casa impecável 👌🏼roupa de cama muito limpa e perfumada. Não tinha nenhuma poeira ou cheiro de mofo. Panos de prato e chão branquinho. Louca da cozinha limpinha. Casa bem ventilada não tenho reclamação. Obs: ligamos os dois chuveiro ao mesmo tempo, não tivemos problemas. (Uma sugestão… o fogão de 4 bocas muito pequeno para cozinhar e está lento). Pra quem viaja mais de 10 pessoas demora um pouquinho mais para cozinhar. Estão de parabéns, retornarei com certeza.

Tudo em ótimas condições com muitas camas e com todos os utensílios , tudo limpo e organizado, a área da piscina é excelente, amamos tudo. Como pontos de melhoria o banheiro da suíte está com um pequeno vazamento o que faz com que o banheiro esteja sempre com uma poça entre o vazo e a pia, manter sempre água para os cachorros no canil, percebi que eles viram as panelas com água, talvez um balde maior resolva, eles são lindos... ficamos amigos rápido rs

Casa muito boa, tudo muito limpo, possui todos os utensílios domésticos.. A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo e a um quadra da Kenedy.... A área de piscina é a melhor parte a casa, o sol pega na piscina o dia todo, e tem uns coqueiros em volta que ajuda muito, pois sem o coqueiro ninguém aguenta o sol na área toda.. Os caseiros são muito gente boa.. resumindo eu indico e logo voltaremos... ( só o Rotwailer do canil que esta um pouco magro)

A casa é imóvel antigo porém muito bem limpo espaçoso, só o chuveiro que não dá pra ligar os dois ao mesmo tempo devido a instalação ser antiga e a piscina não deu p aproveitar devido a quantidade de coqueiros que tem ao redor dela o que impede de bater sol e com isso a água ficou gelada, como sugestão acho que deveria cortar pelo menos os coqueiros do meio pra aproveitar melhor a piscina. Obrigada.
