Cute place, loved the deck for stargazing; climbed the hill behind the house to watch sunrise and hot air balloon launches. A small snafu at check in but host was super quick to respond and fixed everything promptly.
This was the perfect spot for our trip to Sedona! Very clean, close to all that Sedona has to offer, and cozy! Loved it.

Great host, nice home.
The home is set in a private quiet area of Sedona and has all the things a person needs for a longer stay. The owner was easy to get ahold of and helpful. As with any home, it could use some updating of the linen, and bedding, but that didn't detract from the stay.
We had a great time in Sedona and the house was fantastic. It was close to everything but not in the midst of the uptown crowds and traffic. We really enjoyed the serenity of coming back to the house. We had a sunset dinner on the deck/patio at the auxiliary building which was awesome. House was clean and comfortable, and communication was clear. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sedona Hideaway
Clean and well appointed home. Would sleep 6 easily. Quiet and tucked away from the bustle and congestion of downtown Sedona yet close enough that you could access great attractions and restaurants within 5 minutes. We had a great time!
Sedona is beyond beautiful and this home was in a nice quiet area away from the traffic. Loved hiking the trails behind the home and watching the sunset from the upper deck in the evenings. House was in great condition and beds were all comfortable. Would recommend this home to friends and family.
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home in West Sedona. We had some things that needed to be taken care of and the property manager was very prompt to help us out. Thank you!

From the Owner: "I am happy I was able to help you make your stay memorable and happy."
Quiet home tucked away in the hills outside of Sedona but close enough to all the attractions and places to eat. Home is clean and well appointed. Our balloon ride literally took off from just over the hill behind the house. Had a wonderful week.
Comfortable 3 bedroom home located close to Red Rock Loop but away from frenzied city traffic. Watched hot air balloons from the front porch our last morning. Enjoyed watching the sunsets and stars from additional outback rooftop view. Would definitely recommend this rental.

From the owner: "Thank you so much! Please do come again."
The property is in a great location. Somewhat remote but a close drive to all area hikes and attractions. Furniture was surprisingly comfortable and the place was clean and exactly as pictured. The unit was far enough away from the neighbors that we did not hear them.
Communication was proactive, direct, and clear about what to expect and what to do. Everything was as advertised and up to par. Everything was clean and well organized. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable.
The property was as described. Very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook whatever meals you wanted. The location was lovely. Away from the bustle of Sedona yet a quick drive to groceries, restaurants and downtown Sedona. Communication with the owner was fast to respond. And at the end of the day a glass of wine watching the sunset up on the deck was the perfect way to end the day

Sedona 4/2023
Wonderful home away from home, location is rural providing privacy and away from tourist crowds. However, close enough to all the highlights. Deck offers excellent views of the mountains, although slightly challenging hill to get to deck. Not recommended for anyone with walking challenges. Kitchen provides all essentials to make a meal or more. Comfortable furniture and the beds are very nice. Would reccomend location to anyone who likes privacy but close to most attractions. Owner very responsive and approachable.

Lot of value
This place is very well stocked with lots of room and super up to date a clean. It is very well maintained. The inside is beautiful. Has everything you need. Multi bathroom, bedroom, kitchen with all cooking and dining supplies, laundry. It is very close to the hiking on the west side. You want to stay West to avoid the roundabout and traffic if in the busy season.
Upper deck area is a fun area for hanging outside with your family or friends.
It is tucked back from the main highway at the end of a pretty small road. Yet, still very easy to get to.
For the price, this is a no brainer. Don’t think twice.

Comfortable & Peaceful House in West Sedona
We had 4 adults and one child at this comfortable and peaceful house in West Sedona. The layout worked perfectly for two couples. The house was well appointed and we cooked most of our meals there. While we did have to rely on our car to get around into the main parts of Sedona, we were lucky that we were in the direction of the reverse commute- since the roads get traffic jams at various times of day, we only experienced them when going into town rather than going home. There are lovely hikes with views just down the road, and behind the house, and only a 5 min drive away. Recommended for those who want a quiet place to rest yet close enough to enjoy all of Sedona with a short drive.
This house was the perfect place for my friends and me! Not only is it very clean and comfortable, it's in the absolute perfect spot. Just a few minutes away from the crowds of Sedona, you get the perfect balance of being so close to everything yet it feels very remote. The hill behind the house has stunning views as well! 10/10 stay and will hopefully be back again soon!
The property is clean and well maintained. It's located 5 miles from stores and restaurants. Perfect place to stay if you are into hiking and eating out. If you are planning to cook there. Make sure you bring everything you need. They don't supply spices. Cabinets in the kitchen are locked. If you are staying for more than a day, bring your own coffee, shampoo, conditioner and soap. They only provide enough for a day. Also, as far as laundry goes, don't forget laundry detergent. I am used to staying at cabins that provide everything so it was a bit out of ordinary, but ok nonetheless. We had a great time.
Property is conveniently located for touring the area and was comfortable for the three of us. But the dishwasher did not complete the full cycle requiring hand washing of all dishes, the Nest thermostat didn’t cool down until after ten pm and the promised welcome wine wasn’t supplied.
My new favorite escape! This sweet little place is on the outer rim of town adjacent to the Coconino forest. It’s peaceful and quiet! Which is what I loved the best!! The home is comfy and easy to settle into. All the basics are there for cooking and eating. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of towels and such. We had a lovely time and plan to return soon!
Overall very nice property. Location was good. Out of the heavy traffic zones. VERY quite. Enjoyed the roof top deck.
Good beds, needed some extra pillows. Other than that I would say jaut as listing appears.
