Fully renovated house with heated in-ground pool, spacious deck and alfresco dining area under a pergola, situated in a large backyard.

Ideal for families there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with an open-plan dining/living area and two outdoor entertaining spaces around the pool.

Your stay includes all bed linen, bath towels and beach towels. We also supply plenty of pool toys & board games along with free Netflix, Kayo, Apple TV with high-speed Wifi throughout the property.

Our beach house is well positioned in a lovely quiet pocket of Rye on the Blairgowrie border. The house is just 15 minutes walk to the beach, and a 2 minute drive or 30 minute stroll to the cafe's and shops in Blairgowrie.

Our house is fully equiped with premium appliances - including a Nespresso coffee machine and extensive kitchen supplies. The house sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen bed and a set of bunks with a roll out trundle across the three bedrooms. All mattresses are high quality for a wonderful nights sleep!

All linen, towels and beach towels are also provided.

For those travelling with families we have a porta-cot, highchair, change mat, stroller and bassinet available for you to use. There are toys and board games available for the kids - and adults!

The house has high-speed WiFi throughout, and access to Netflix and an Apple TV.

Outdoors we have a huge backyard, perfect for entertaining.

The in-ground pool is 8m x 4m and 1.2m deep and heated with a brand new filtration system which uses very low levels of chlorine, making for a much more comfortable swim. It is heated with a heat-pump, ensuring its warm for swimming with temperatures up to 32 degrees.

The large deck gives you plenty of space to sit and enjoy the outdoors, with a 5 burner BBQ and outdoor table for meals. There are pool toys, balls and outdoor games available.
