Cozy room that acommodates up to two persons, located in a quiet residencial neighborhood in Cancun downtown very closed to beaches, ADO bus terminal, supermarket, restaurantes and stores. Only 5 minutes away from bus that takes you to beaches. Supermarket, stores and restaurants are walking distance from apartment.
The room has a king bed, fan, air conditioning, closet, desk area and private bathroom. Towels and hánd soap are provided .
There is a kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, toaster and básic things such as coffe, sugar, oil, salt, etc. Drinkable water is also included.

Excellent location to get a better understanding of life in Cancun

Very nice property with all the amenities. Andrea is an excellent host, answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Great place to stay to get a better understanding of life in a large city like Cancun outside of the major tourist areas. We walked or used buses to get to any area we wanted to visit.
