Thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate it.
We are sorry to hear the stairs were an issue during your stay. We do note in the property advertisement that the home has stairs at every point of access, as well as a large number of stairs throughout the property, however we appreciate your feedback.

Great property and amazing views! There are a lot of stairs to get around the property which may be challenging for the elderly.Encountered small issues on our stay, oven wasn't working and there was a water leak in the laundry. Overall, pretty satisfied though.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback Lena, we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the property and those amazing views!
We’re very sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. The oven required the clock to be reset in order for it to operate, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused. We’ve also arranged for a plumber to attend to the water leak in the laundry to have this rectified as soon as possible.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know, as it helps us ensure the property is in the best possible condition for our guests.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.
Kind Regards,

Amazing place. Booked it for the bridesmaids to get ready in. They where attentive before arrival. Clear instructions. The views where superb. Definitely will book this place again
The inside was well represented. The bathrooms were a bit old but clean. The outside needed more detailed explanation as 5 women over 55 - it was incredibly steep with many stairs.

Found the house quite dirty. The view was the best part of the house but the windows were extremely filthy. Lots and lots of stairs which weren’t evident in any of the photos. Downstairs bedroom was very cramped with the bed pushed up against a wall. Upstairs bedroom was again bed pushed up against a wall with no bedside table.

Unimpressed with agency
House was not properly advertised. there was no mention of the stairs, over 100 just outside! Also the air-conditioning was only in the main bedroom and lounge. The other bedrooms were hot boxes.
It was not cleaned properly, even though we had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get in
Great location and view but minor issues to do with the age of the property
I am going to sound very critical of this property but it was a very impressive house and we enjoyed our stay. It was great for the entire family of six with three bedrooms upstairs and two down stairs. There is a large smart tv in the main living area with the usual tv stations and all the apps you could want. But the view is the big draw card here.
The house next door is now built and takes up its entire block but you can still see the sea over its roof. There is a clear view towards the back of the house to the beach and the headland. However, there are a lot of stairs to climb both inside and out. The driveway is steep and on the higher level of the property. So, you need to climb down steps to get to other side of the property in order to climb steps into the house (keep this in mind when packing).
The beds were a bit old and not supportive enough for me (waking each morning with a backache). The base of the bed is wider than the top so you need to get over a wooden shelf to get out of it. I started to get used to it by the end of our stay.
The pool table had a rip in it so we couldn’t use it and one of the steps leading up to the property had loose tiles on it. There was no condition report for the property when arriving so hopefully we don’t get blamed for other people’s damage.
I have pointed out all of these negatives because some would be easy to fix. The ones that can’t be fixed can be forgotten when you see the view and the renovated living space.
Great position, very close to all amenities and well equipped. To improve the experience towels could be updated, fly screens installed and hot water tap in downstairs bathroom needs attention. But overall we had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend this place
This property was lovely to spend the weekend at. So close to all the shops and cafes. Plenty of space and comfort for guests. The beds were made up lovely. Pretty much had all that you needed.
The property was as described. Absolutely stunning view, very clean and had everything you could want. Very short (steep) walk to get into beautiful Kiama. Lots of stairs though to get into the property but otherwise great!!
Hi Belinda, glad you felt your stay was a 10/10. Very happy to hear when guests have loved their stay and enjoyed property and location. Please come back again and enjoy some more.
