Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good experience on this vacation. This home is located close to the beach walk on which was great! However, the beds throughout the house were very uncomfortable and the a/c wall unit on the bottom floor is not sufficient to cool the bedroom. Unfortunately, these things were bad enough to prevent us from wanting to stay there again.

Great location

Everything about the property was as promised. Plenty of seats and tables for 11 of us. Two separate living areas was a great touch. Hot tub was great. The walk to the beach was so short, just across the street. Traffic was not an issue crossing either. Would like to stay here again.

House is nice, somewhat dated small rooms but well furnished, expected that for the price. Two refrigerators were very convenient. Everything we needed in the kitchen.
