Please note that The Pearl is a non-smoking building, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited except in the designated area on the ground level at the western edge of the property. Our unit, including the balconies, is also designated as non-smoking. Additionally, pets are not allowed, and the minimum age to rent is 25.
