Great place to stay

Had a wonderful experience staying here. It was a nice relaxing vacation away from the tourist areas. Very easy to get to Gatlinburg. Will stay again.

You get what you pay for!. Pro: location, porch swing, fireplace. Lighting was good. Refrigerator was clean, well stocked dish soap and hand soap.Con: the beds are very old. When I say rough, I mean I felt EVERY spring/coil. The upstairs bathroom is all cobbled together with overlapping flooring, poorly installed shower and the toilet seal was held on by a zip tie and the mirror was so low I had to bend to do my hair (5'5"). Downstairs the bedroom ceiling fan was missing the blades so if was really just a light fixture. Bathroom toilet seat was oblong but the toilet was round. Lots of soft spots in the floor. Kitchen: miss-matched flatware. No bowls for mixing, the toilet paper, and paper towels and trash bags were definitely the cheapest you can buy. The trash shack was disgusting, trash was strewn all over and rotting food was present. I truly think the majority of the cons are lack of maintenance, trying to be frugal, and the age of the items. I don't expect there to be a top of the line Nespresso machine, specialty cookware, but I expect there to be a couple bowls to mix something. We did notice the for sale sign out front, maybe some of the things I've mentioned are due to that, or maybe that's why it hasn't sold.

For the price it was good. It needs better cleaning and the yard area was overgrown. One bathroom had issues with toilet and shower that need work but the main bathroom was fine. The owner was responsive to our questions and helped get the TV back online. We enjoyed being out in the Cosby area.

House is not clean at all. They also have plumbing work that needs to be taking care of. The upstairs shower leaks onto bed down stairs and the kitchen sink under neath was soaked with water that we had to clean up. We also had to wash all linens before sleeping. They were not cleaned. All in all it’s a very nice cabin but not taken care of. Major cleaning needs to be done.

Quiet and Peaceful

Quiet stay in a cute cabin that is exactly as described. Small FYI… we went in the off season so it was a little bit of a drive to get to restaurants and such, but definitely worth it for the restful stay.

Very disappointed location was hard to find Down in a hollow cabin had a musty smell there was a pad lock on the laundry room door no instructions on how to open it no instructions on how to work the air unit. Ice maker wasn’t working couldn’t find the out door garbage can just wasn’t happy with this unit also had to leave a day earlier because of a medical issue

The Log Cabin A was charming, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's conveniently located near a laundromat, coffee shop, Dollar General, and a gas station—perfect for any immediate needs. While it's set a bit away from the main town and located on a main road, it still felt peaceful and quiet inside.Note that there’s no dishwasher, so you'll need to wash dishes by hand—but the kitchen sink is spacious and manageable. Laundry facilities aren't available on the property, but the nearby laundromat makes it easy to take care of that when needed.It's good to add coffee shop address instead the property address as the google map is taking you to some dead-end private property road.

Pit stop paradise

We were really bummed we couldn’t hang out longer. The cabin was very cute and clean. I was nervous heading into a pet friendly but it was very well maintained. My only wish was that the laundry machine was open to guests.

I think they need to hire new cleaners. The cabin was not very clean. They definitely do not clean underneath the furniture. There’s dirty socks and stuff underneath the furniture. The tub was disgusting. There was shave trimmings still on the back of the sink behind the Spicket. Where you have to take the trash out too, was completely full with trash bags, gnats and flies everywhere when you open it up, they need to have the trash emptied. It’s nasty. Will I stay here again probably not.

This cabin was a great place to stay for our trip to the Smokies! The western decor was cute, the large kitchen had plenty of space and utensils for cooking, and the furniture was so comfy. We slept way better than we would have in a hotel. It's also far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel secluded but close enough to Gatlinburg that you're not in the car forever. We had a great trip and would love to visit again!

Very nice stay!

We had a few issues with leaks and finding old food and such, but the place was so relaxing and peaceful we didn’t care. The property manager was responsive. There is an amazing coffee shop next door, Doc’s Cafe right down the road and a straight shot into town. For how quiet it was you would never guess how conveniently it’s located! The only thing missing was a hot tub!
